Yes Srikanth, I am thinking of inviting that guy in the condolence meet of Jai and give the guy, Rahul a salute by waving our helmets. He is a brave man.

+1 I also think we should invite him and salute him , he is definitely a brave man with a big heart.

Place has been selected......If possible then make it on Day time....because of the same thing,,,no street light,,,path holes....

Today opened up XBHP after a week or so and I see this!

I have lost 3 of my friends In bike accidents this year..Dont know what is going on.

Hey Chirs Where are you man What happened to Plans of Prayer... Where are the updates.. Lets do it on some Sunday Come up with some dates and time.....

@ Dear all: Here is what I had in mind when I had proposed for the prayer meet in remembrance for our friend Jay.

Place: DLF Bus Stand or nearby it

Time: 10am, rev our respective rides together for say 3 times for 2secs each and proceed to burn candles at the accident site/ 6pm candlelight vigil for whatever time you guys suggest (a kind of silent protest against the road and traffic conditions)

Date and Day: To be decided unanimously by all.

Please note this is only a suggestion, those who would like to add something to it, you are most welcome, please guys respond.


I am still waiting for some responses, i need to attend this meet fast as i would be busy with the peak season coming up with October and i wont be here. Some have pm'ed me that to have it next month as it is quite understandable that no one would want to ride after this, but i hav informed them that i wont be here so you all can go ahead with it without me next month and after all its for Jai.

May I recommend something?

I wish you guys meet often and discuss Motorcycle, but make the meeting point such where you guys can assemble at some center point within the city itself, talk, have some snacks, tea etc and head your homes post a good adda session.

No need to ride to EM Bypass or Rajarhat, you may ride once/twice a month by doing a proper ride/tour. This will satiate your riding pangs and will be much safer.

^^In case any of you have seen a Delhi G2G, you will have a fair idea of what I am trying to say, even the Puneites ride to Lavasa in full riding gear riding very safely every week-end.

Yes, I know its too premature to discuss riding and hanging out at this point, but... well, life moves on. Even I am broken and can't ride or sleep properly, feeling unrest every time.

P.s-- Its just a suggestion, you may discuss amongst yourselves and come to a better conclusion.

crashed 3 times dis week since 18th sep still recovering 2 times on ma r15 and while my bike was in repair was riding my uncle's thunderbird fked the tbts real bad and damaged my left leg all the three times am still recovering frm real bad incidents
this is really a bad month

Today I got a call from Jai's family.
His mother was over the phone.She was asking,for some of us who were present with him in his last ride to come over to his home.She says that his Dad wants to meet us........to feel "Jai's being among us".Jai's father is very grief stricken and need our help to get over with this.

So,lets fix a date and time so that we can visit our dear departed friend's house to support his family through this cruel time.
I specially request the riders who last saw him and that includes,
1.Bappaditya
2.Sourav(Hunky)
3.Sourav(NS)
4.Mandeep
5.Myself(MACH50)
for this visit.............

Every other West Bengal Xbhpians,if possible join us.

Talked with NS and Bappa today,NS came up with the idea to visit Jai's family on 2nd October,it being a Gandhi Jayanti would be holidays for most.
Please,lets pay this visit,we can also call his family to attend our Prayer G2G then.

We were not able to save our beloved brother but lets help his family get over this worst ditch that they had hit in their lives................

Jai's bro called me today..he wanted to know about the prayer meet and also wanted us to come down to their home..i told him that 3rd Oct is the probable date for prayer meeting..

May I request all to go to his home every alternate week-end or such, be it even for 5-10 mins? Believe me, the 5-10 mins will go a long way in helping them out at this point.
