      • well guys i am not trying to blame anyone here, just that his friends and family wanted to know how it all happened. i am in no state to blame anyone for anything cause i know the risks involved in 2 wheelers. as for the two different stories i had heard this is mandeep's version which i thank him to be truthfull, but mach50 you had given me a different version when you had called me after 14hrs+ after the incident happened anyways since you were not near the scene thus i was persistant on knowing what actually had happened. i am really sorry if i unintentionally became offending in anyway possible.

Jai had a severe head injurury due to which he had brain hamarage, his ribs were broken which punctured into his lungs causing the lungs to fill with blood. Our beloved jai left us on 20th September 2010, 11:35pm (i just thought u guys might wanna know what happened)

Ps: i request everyone not to take my post in any negitively. as for the ride i dont think i'll be able to do any kind of ride for sometime not for a month atleast.

I understand the feeling you would be having.. please lighten up... losing a loved one is not exactly what we ever dream or even think off. and when the said person is one of your best buddies then its even worse. we all will be missing Jai henceforth.. it seems rather strange that a guy from pune is posting about a bro in kolkata but i had a minor chat with him and i never even imagined that it would be my last one.. but sometimes, things just dont happen the way we want and get outta control.

my heart felt condolences for his family.

And loosing a friend is extremly painful.

                        • I was checking out his facebook posts. He was so happy as he was about to be a father.
After going through all the posts what I feel is that he was going fast as he was familiar with the road. One of my friends has also bent alloy of his Chevvy Cruze in the same ditch. From that I can understand how bad the ditch is.
Anyway, what's the point in blaming PWD or Govt? What will happen to them if you loose your life? Nothing. Do not expect them to do anything. It's your life, your responsibility. Wear a very good quality helmet. I am sure someone who is capable of spending 80k on a bike can spend 10k on riding gears. Wear them ALWAYS. Do not do over speeding when visibility is limited. Sorry for the gyaan. It's sad to see so many of Kolkata bikers dying in the last couple of weeks.

Its very sad to see one of our fellow rider leaving this world because of fault of the greedy, "R&D" foxes.....

If we want to pay real heartfull homage to his soul..we must learn lesson from this incident and let us ride safely......May god give strength to his near and dear to face the hardship bravely..
