200pix?! wow !! try your best bro.. thanks for your effort !Originally posted by karan03130 View PostIt was a nice G2G ppl.. Sorry about the delay in posting the pics,.. i don't usually carry home my laptop on weekends, neither do I have internet there. Right now I'm at office and will be uploading the pics sometime in the evening or night.
everyone seemed click happy this time ! lol
i have the same question.. i always wanted to try it..Originally posted by Zaphod View PostI have spotted those Quad bikes on ECR itself a couple of times. It was kinda funny watching a dude ride them wearing a lungi + banyan! Any idea how much they charge? Part of TTDC? I was of the impression that they belonged to Taj resorts
Originally posted by felix.ragav View Posthey guys,
awesome trip and a long day for me. Just now came back home and boy I'm beginning to hate the rains. I fell once today but both me and my bike escaped without a scratch
all thanks to the effing road scraping that's been off lately. was Riding in absolute mayhem and rain when i had to take a turn. The road was submerged and i cut across to the corner at 10Kays and suddenly, I lose traction and my bike hits the tarmac. I managed to give up my bike and stood there
I'm unhurt and the bike is just fine. Followed ananth's rain water harvesting technique and my bike looks jus perfect
Guys there are a few things which can be considered common sense/ group riding rules. Just would like to highlight them for the benefit of the uninitiated:
- Always tank up before a ride. If you want to tank up on the return ride It's understandable, but not when we are all prepared to ride out. If it's way to early in the morning it is safe to tank up earlier. If it's not available, Intimate other riders that you need a fuel stop.
- Stay In touch with at least one member in the group.
- If you are making it to the G2G pass the word to an other member who is sure to attend. It's not really nice to just pop up somewhere and expect us to find you.
- Stick to the group. If you are traveling from another part of the city, find a gang who are planning to take the same route out. Don't start haphazardly, stop us and rip ahead of us.
- If you plan to start late, make sure you know the route/destination and constantly update one of the group riders about your whereabouts.
No point in crying over spilt milk guys. Make sure you keep these in mind. Other points are welcome.
@ all :awesome offroading G2G guys. Hats off to Ananth and Steve for giving us noob's some basic tips, loved the way things went today. Hide and (don't) seek especially.
nice rules and regulations raghav ! lol thank god nothing happened to you or your ride.. take care !
Regardless, Life shall go on.

He has to top that. Come on now, Tarun. We're all having heavy expectations. :P

While returning from Yercaud, for around 5 seconds though I managed 140
just to see the top-whack..never again did i cross 125..never again wanted to..lots of vibes..in fact, got used to it..
Makky, where have u been bro..have u got so bored of ECR that you have started doing Pondy-Chennai in bus now..and the riding gear - got myself Cramster gloves and a DSG jacket - which is btw too tight and am planning to either return or sell it..the knee gaurds which u would have seen in photos are not mine..its bikerfas's..
Originally posted by Makky View PostBoy, why don't you take it to the track? Couple of knee-downs??!!
lol..
^^ Tarun will go nuts after reading this!!
.. Well, he can take it as a Safety Bike
Formation is tough in ECR due to the absence of land dividers and presence of those insanse cagers..so, we just tried to ride in single line as best as we could..Originally posted by Zaphod View PostGuess I missed out on the fun
... Just curious. Did you guys maintain the stagger formation on ECR as well? Considering its such a narrow road. Or was it a more organic formation?

No fair. That doesn't count. I had your bike just once, and that's all I could do. You've had it for so long! More time, and I would beat that top whack.Originally posted by Tarc View PostInsi, your speed has bean beaten dude

Swiggy Mayhem!
We're trying to start an initiative where we're gathering enough photos or videos
of erratic Swiggy/Zomato/UberEats riders across all cities so we can cast a spotlight
on this issue and try and sort it out. If you video-record as you ride, or have a
dash-cam in your car, or can take SAFELY photographs of instances where these riders
are creating a nuisance by riding recklessly on the roads, PLEASE share the same with
us on the thread above. Appreciate it!

(At least on the speedo!
).
Actually, there was an entrance exam on Sunday. So, I made it by bus.
I would suggest you to look for a leather jacket. It suits the tough character of the Bull. Textile jackets on Bull look very boyish
.
C500 as a Safety bike?? lol...!! The Bull would be leading the Twisters and the Stunners(Make One Race) and the 4-stroke sub 130ccs!! lol!!
