Started off a bit late. Could reach the meeting spot only at 6.20AM. And since i didn't have anyone's contact number, i thought i can catch them up on the way. I was clipping, but no luck. My bad. Reached Vellore at 7.45.

Anyways, took this chance to visit my aunt who lives in Vellore . Long pending thing. Had breakfast and thought of coming back before noon and avoid the horrible heat. Though the early start did pay off, Maduravayal traffic killed me to hell.

Anyways, then this was my first Xbhp Bhakra Ride...!

Barath, Aravinth, Sriram (Yellowspunk) and myself met at 6 AM at CTC. Waited till 6:15 AM. Decided to do Poondi lake and from there to Vellore. Reached Thiruvallur in about an hour. The road from Thiruvallur to Poondi should be around 15kms approx was patchy. Sat by the lake side sit out spent sometime chatting. I loved the silent non-commercialized and few passerby in that spot. Just when I was about to start to Vellore for breakfast. Guess what? My bike refused to co-operate. As usual had to wait for sometime cajole then it would behave good. Exited Poondi and had good breakfast in Thiruvallur.

Knowing the problem, thought would not do any adventure from riding from Thiruvallur-Thiruthani-Vellore-Chennai. All decided to return to Chennai with me.

But the way I rode the return from Thiruvallur - Thirumazhisai, none would believe, this bike had problem. I would have surprised if I had not had problem today.

Dr. Venom:- We waited for you for fifteen minutes before we started in AM. Lesson is that be on time or least communicate if you are running late.
