Hello People!! How have you guys been?? Its been such a long time and it feels great to be posting on this forum again...

The crazy Pulsar of mine has been sold and am Getting a bike now... confused between the KTM 200 and the R15 2.0... need your opinions guys!!!

Hi man! Long time no see!

KTM...... seriously good bike. Took it for a spin and was very impressed. Wanted to buy to use as a second bike and probably Leh but the ergonomics are better suited for shorter riders. I'd say anyone under 5'10".

With my fat arse on it - it felt too small for me as I was rubbing my knees into the tank fairings. Decided to wait for something bigger.....

Thanks machi! Ya I can do Bangalore - kanyakumari on Day1 . But couple of friends are riding from Chennai and they cant push that much.

Regarding Thoothukudi - What are the places that are worth visiting ? If there is nothing then I can push to Rameshwaram on day2.



Thanks for your suggestions and the album link buddy . Some pics of the roads are superb!!! And yeah I am not missing the Sunrise at kanyakumari. Will be riding from Tirunelveli early in the morning 3- 3:30 am so that we are at Kanyakumari for the sunrise.

March 1st week - Have night shift on Saturday and working on Sunday also.

March 2nd week - Parents want me to take them out for a trip - May be Hoganekkal or Kodayar (For about 3 days)

March 3rd Week - Kuttralam ride

March 4th Week - may be Spiti

Its good to be busy

Sri - Put me under tentative for Kutralam ride; reason - HMSI once again; I called up today to only find out they don't have SHIMS & other consumables. I'm asked to give it for servicing by Mar 2nd for direct & additional supervision. They said they would fix the worn out SHIMS if I need to make the trip & give it to me in running condition to make the trip. Worst case I might not make the trip.

I'll pay for extra bed incase I join at the last moment. Sry about the confusion.

Sriram, I thinks its time to get the final head count and book the rooms. Its gonna take few days to collect the money and deposit in resorts account to block the rooms.

Update:- I was informed by the resort they are doing A/c maintenance work in Deluxe rooms which I sought for our group. At the moment they do not have ETA for the completion. I was also offered to take Cottage and Heritage type of rooms for the stay which might not fit everyone's budget just for one night stay.

Nishant, I don't think will ever arrive at the numbers for the resort booking. Already too many on the tentative list and it is going to be very difficult to arrive at a final head count. May be few days earlier to the trip shall get the count and let the resort guys know this.

I can understand your situation. However, I'm helpless with too many tentative for this ride, so might not proceed for booking the resort.

me(in my cbz xtreme) and my cousin (in his ninja GPZ900R) are planning for a ride in march.. just read about the kutralam trip and we're planning to join you guys.. can someone please update me with the schedule and dates? thanks.
also, we got another plan to ride to coorg. if anyone is interested to ride with us, we can talk about it.
