Are swingarm bushes proper? Only front wheel wobbling?

I see no reason why you shouldn't replace the RIM in case its bend beyond repair.

[MENTION=5759]thegame[/MENTION] - "in case its beyond repair" ... thts the key thing bro ... there is no doubt the bike is not rideable as of now .... but if it can be repaired (even if not as good as new) I would choose that option .... the svc guy says some ppl do repair these things ...trying to get them to look at the bike and see if it can be repaired!
[MENTION=41586]Divya Sharan[/MENTION] - I skid on mud which is at the corner of the roads ... speed was ~40 I believe but yea the bike fell and skid about 20 feet .... the left side foot pegs/indicators/chain guard/saree guard broke but they got fixed at the svc ..(its a 3.5 yrs old bike btw). I am not sure if the swingarm bushes are fine...how do I check? (I am not too mechanically inclined) ... and no .. both the front wheel and back wheel are wobbling, the back wheel much more than the front .... replacing both wheels would be ~12k I believe so I wouldn't want it unless there is no option of repair.

Guys, if you can provide details/numbers of generally good mechanics you know maybe I can do the ground work asking these ppl around and find someone who can fix the tyres!! ...

^^^ Repaired rims/alloys may break and can cost you much more than 12k in hospital bills IMO. Purely your choice!

Update - I asked around in svc around and got to know of a shop which does straighten bent rim ... he charged 1200 for both front and rear wheel but the bike now is absolutely free from wobble .... im happy ....! the rim might not be as strong now and may develop a bend faster in case of an accident etc but I dont think it will break or something!.....

The shop is in mylapore btw ... neap PS high school ...bhaskar is the name of the guy
