Where will I get those in Bangalore? Approximate cost on the starting level of riding jacket and shoes. I ve seen these shoes from Orazo and I feel they re good. A good deal for 2k too! Any other ones out there? And jacket? Will I get any good ones for around 2k? Am running on a tight budget now. So if a jacket is not possible now should get those riding shoes at least.
Good to see your interest in riding gear.

The lowest priced riding jacket available here is DSG Falcon Jacket Black - 3,790.00Rs, while the most popular one is DSG Nero Jacket - 5,499.00Rs (I have this one). You can get the DSG range at Orion Motors, Opp. The Forum, Koramangla. You also have other options like RJays, Alpinestars etc here.
You should also check Cramster jackets (link provided by someone a page or 2 back). Their store is on Cunningham Road.

Regarding basic riding shoes, anything hard will do you well. You can also check from the woodlands range, or red tape, or any other brand with hard leather especially in the toe region.

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

It's on the left hand side adjacent to a filling station. Last time i went there a McDonalds was also opening and that was in early jan this year..

                            • Hey Guys, I'm in a weekend mood already !!
I'm planning for a ride to Savanadurga which is around 65 kms from here, along with a friend (2 RTR 180s) on Saturday. I'm thinking of reaching the place through Magadi Road (A friend of mine said the route has lots of twisties) and return through the Mysore road route after visiting Manchanabele dam and Big Banyan Tree.

Companions for the trip as well as suggestions/additions for the route are most welcome !!
