I am pulling out of krishnagiri ride becoz of urgent KAAM. Hope to join next weekends.

@gs150r- its around 300 kms but we are taking break i.e. d 1st day is d ride 2 bandipur which will be 235 kms and on the next day it'll be that little bit to ooty. and the last day will be all the way home... joining in?

I would definitely like to join, not sure though becoz i need to ask for a day holiday on jun3rd. I wanted to do a long ride like this. Lets see, plenty of time left. I will let you know shortly

Guys.. We did a short dash to DD hills this morn. First trip there. Inspirations from the threads here. Have to work this weekend. But did not want to miss out on the riding drug which has gotten me really addicted!!! So left home around 4:45 in the morn, hit DD hills, then to office directly from there. Were there in almost perfect timing with all the mist around. Dint expect mist over there and at this time of the year.. It was awesome!!! Sitting in office. Pics and logs soon!!

Did a small nandi hills ride solo.. ( don't know how many times did it, but still its nice to ride down there.)
Awesome weather complimented with clouds and fog was hovering around...

Date - 8th May 2011 (Sunday)

Meeting time - 5.30 am (please note the change in the time).

Meeting point - Near Wipro Madivala (next to Madivala police station).

**** Once you reach Wipro, proceed a few feet towards the silk board flyover. there is a chai shop on the left. We shall meet there. Its in front of Teknic Ceramics. ****

Departure - 6.00 am sharp (pls note the change in time)

We also saw an army of HD's riding on the highway while we were sipping our coffee's.

It was an awesome ride. We headed to Krishnagiri after a breakfast stop at Shoolagiri, but we had to turn back since some lidless morons were desperate to show off that they were faster than the ninja. They kept instigating us (in vain) by overtaking us (while we deliberately slowed down) and waiting for us ahead and same drama all over again. They were all over the road and riding rash and were rejoicing their mindless victory with their pals in a beat up 800. . Once they almost rode into the rear wheel of a truck, thanks to all that weaving in and out of lanes. What lame asses.

We had enough and it wasnt worth the risk riding with these jokers in tow so we turned back and headed home.

Harshit actually joined us for a very short ride yesterday. Looks like the kaam wali was occupied and he slipped out un-noticed.
