Finally managed to get a room booked in Ooty (at the same place we stayed at last time).

You planning to ride on 30th? All my leaves are exhausted and I can budge in by Fri night...

Bluevolt and I are leaving on 30th morning (thursday) and will stay overnight in Ooty. We will leave for blore the next morning (friday).

Fri night is tough man. I dont want to venture out on new yr's eve especially on my ninja. Had a bad accident a decade ago due to a drunk reveller and i was lucky to escape with minor injuries.

Got a place to stay in Ooty so dropped the Coorg plan.

The homestay in Coorg is excellent but a group of minimum 5-6 riders will make the stay fun. With just 2-3 of us it can get a wee bit boring as there is nothing to do in the vicinity except chill out in the open. Nearest tourist spot is 35kms away. But we'll ride to coorg soon.

Count me in. I haven't (almost) ridden my bike since the Ducati meet.

Kanva is the only place that comes to my mind, but NOT AGAIN. Been there 5 times in the 2nd half of 2010.

I would have suggested Krishnagiri A2B, but its a Sunday.

How about Kamat/ MC Donlads on Tumkur Road? Its before Tumkur, & traffic that side is sparse. Moreover, the roads are awesome.
