BTW guys, any rides this Sunday? And has anyone ever had a McD burger early in the morning? Are the MD's open in the morning? Just wanted to make sure, coz if we are going for a ride, would love to make a pit stop @ McD. Its been long since I had a combo of burger and riding.

I passed by the McD between Hosur and Krishnagiri around 9 in the morning last Sunday. There were a couple of cars parked outside. So should be open I guess.

The McD opens as early as 7 on the highways, and yeah they do serve burgers, only float coke or any ice-cream thingy may be a problem (i say this from personal experience )

It will be about 160 Kms up and down from Silk Board.

Account for 200 kms both ways. There is a McD at Shoolagiri (just before Krishnagiri) so no worries

We can stop for breakfast at Krishnagiri or Shoolagiri and then proceed to the Krishnagiri dam a lil further. Its a nice and calm place and does the job for a few nice clicks.

I'm open to riding in any direction. Just want to avoid Mysore road on Sunday as the traffic will be insane on the way back.
