Made it to Bangalore from Mysore! Waiting eagerly for the update! 'Praful'ji, remember me? The rider who joined for the Tri-State G2G to Yercaud from Mysore!

Bikers from North/East Bangalore meet at 6AM at the NICE Road Starting point at Tumkur!

Bikers from South/Central Bangalore meet ON NICE road after the Mysore Road Ramp. at 5.30 AM!

Those coming late please meet directly at the meeting venue!


Minimum Riding gear is MANDATORY. You will be sent back otherwise.

So the thing is I have never done a G2G before. Wanted to meet this time up very badly after all this is THE GIR! But what is the minimum riding gear?

I do not have a riding jacket or gloves.

The mail I got from xbhp says to bring the Helmet. Is it compulsory to get riding jacket and gloves?

I can manage a normal jacket but it does not have armour or anything. Please reply asap.

The timings for the FnF meet are: 12 noon to 2 p.m. We will be heading towards the FnF meet venue right after returning from the DD Hills ride.

Helmet, a thick jacket(non-armored ones will do as well), full length trousers and shoes are the mandatory ones. See you tomorrow!

Well I dropped a mail to Sunil, he said that for tomorrow, a normal jacket, gloves and helmet would do!

So I went and got myself a pair of Cramster gloves! Just came back! Rest all I have!

Very good choice!

See the idea is to cover every inch of your body....as much armour as possible! Helmets, shoes are the bare minimum.alongwith a jacket and pants which are made of material which can withstand atleast some amount of abraision...like denim or leather!
