Seems a too much of hype.
Ride back was also good upto my knowledge. Ambur to Krishnagiri ride back was fast as I had to rush back to bangalore, even though Jeevan, Bharath and Manikanta was along with me.
After reaching Krishnagiri whole of the team gathered and everyone was all together. Udy and Manikanta only proceeded ahead bit earlier from their and on whole ride back to bangalore, myself, Vinit, Vyshakh, Srvn, Sudeep, Jeevan were together till electronic city toll gate from where Jeevan, Sudeep and Srvn took elevated road and I, Vinit, Vyshakh and later on Bharath and Ashish met along and everyone came along together till Land rover showroom. So I guess there was no such getting lost or mismanagement, just in a hurry to reach back earlier and avoid the heat whole team left out Shashank behind who was with pillion.
Good to see that he was expecting an adieu and group pic which we mostly take at the destination point.

So overall I will say it was nice ride where everyone enjoyed road, climate, curves and food and also the twist of throttle as we could see Vinit and Udy also riding very fast and Vyshakh loving to complete his run in period.

Anyways I didnt found anything unusual, if you all see as major setback then from next time it will be taken care of, but just see once who all left behind from the group and who all are having complains.
Regarding Kolar ride I will just say it was some misunderstanding as I was going ahead for taking pic which some of the members whom I didnt met earlier thought it to be time for opening throttle and it was miscalculated. After taking pic when I lowered down the pace everyone clubbed along.

So see the whole scenario and understand it coolly.

Peace

Ok..moving forward. As many of us might be knowing that snehithpereira would be visiting Bangalore for the last time on 16th of this month and would hence be bidding goodbye to the Bengalore xBhp chapter, my suggestion is to ride for the last time with his this coming Sunday, the 19th to a destination where we can have some bakar as well. Let us keep the ride a short one because as per Snehith bhai, he is here to wrap up some work and hence would be having a time crunch. I would hence suggest some place nearby for breakfast (for example, a breakfast ride to Shoolagiri or Nandi Hills or wherever..I would let everyone decide the destination).

Hey about a farewell ride to Snehith... can add 'Belluru Cross through Magadi' as an option for breakfast/bakar ride.

If you'd like something more adventurous then - http://goo.gl/maps/Jh41e - Manchanabele Reservoir (spotted Jackals the last time we went there, can park bike next to water for photo ops) and slightly curvy Savanadurga State Forest road.

Cheers all.

thanks for coming up with this option mate..the Manchanabele Reservoir seems like a good option..i would definately run this plan with him and see if he is fine with this plan.

Yup, I've seen one or two biker groups on its banks taking pics everytime i've visited, i've done it on my beloved Sierra that I sold last year. Keep in mind no good food/refreshment joints from Ramnagara to Magadi, however there are plenty of little local tea shops. Point should be to experience the early morning from maybe Manchanabele and proceed for breakfast and bakar to Bellur Cross (NH 48) while ogling at imports on a normal Sunday brunch.

But if we need a completely relaxing easy rider ride then we should choose the main rd to Bellur Cross or Nandi Hills or any other suggestions anyone?

Cheers.

Absolutely correct, the most important thing was that everyone enjoyed the ride, the food was awesome and the curves were.. . well, everyone gets the point ;-)
With a positive attitude and hoping to learn more from everyone, let's ride together again this weekend :-)
Please, somebody just start planning already, I will be going for the Karizma owners meet up for the ride to Horsley on sunday, but if we have plans here at xBHP, I would definetely come.
Let's go, let's go,let's go .. .

Hey Harish, long long time bro, knowing you, i'm guessing you're probably introducing BlueBird to some radical, explorative places that she never would've seen with any other rider. Just thrilled to know the bike gets to see some back mountain roads too... apart from the normal Kolar's and Bellur Cross' that many only resort to. ...

Hey heard that little leak near the radiator was sorted quick... what was the reason behind that? I thought we were talking about high octane fuel not being available and hence the situation... was it? I thought the Busa had a system that compensated for lower octane rated fuels fed into its belly... Anyway, good that it got sorted without much ado (Suzuki really takes care of their high value customers, nice to know)

\m/ on...

So whats the plan for Sunday guys, are we heading for breakfast? Do post up updates. Isn't @snehithpereira coming online to the forum these days? Hmm, hope things settle up with him quick. Haven't heard from him for quite a while, the guy always participated.

the only issue i had was a worn out tire after doing 1400 km bangalore,

Bangalore >tumkur>shimoga>bijapur>hospet>chitradurga>tumkur >bangalore

In between took a back alley into some small villages in MH
Most likely my confusion then bro...

ANd hey... Back Alley in MH on your bluebird... A BIG THUMBS UP. Would especially love to catch up on some of those rides man. Post up, post up... It'll really throw insight on your experiences with your ride in remote roads etc... for me I want to educate myself as much about taking imports to the actual India. Cause i'm hopeful of doing something similar come 2015 .

Wanted to also push off on a 5 day solo trip today but you know how work and family kind of smash things up together to postpone rides...

Looking forward to riding behind those twin exhausts bro...

Cheers.

Harish - post some of the pics we took on the ride. Can't forget the incident when we were stopped by a cop on the outskirts of Bijapur who chased us in his car only because he wanted to see your bike. At Shimoga, the guard at the hotel had a tough time keeping onlookers at bay. And how can we forget the mela that gathered at Berur to check your bike when we stopped for a chai break. I think pics will do justice to the ride we took.
