Who’s behind me?

Keep checking those mirrors for traffic and situation behind you. The RVM’s give a good field of view for vehicles following some distance behind. For those closer, you need to turn your head and use your peripheral vision.

    TVS Tyres

    TVS Tyres

I have not seen this tyre on Any Twister so far but since its approved by Honda it will be good option if you do not want to compromise on mileage...now the thing we need to know is whether it has better grip then Stock MRF....so if you guys find this Tvs tyre do let us know.
Ya that is a TVS tyre here in chennai all the new bikes are coming with TVS tyre only...

You can use the Michelin Pilot sporty as a tubeless I'm using like that only for the past 7K kms.. It's really superb in grip even at wet surface.Nowadays i can confidently do the corners & brakes. All are said it's thread ll last in 8k kms but mine is having almost 95% of thread..even if the threads are last the tyre may give good grip due to it's rubber quality...
So blindly you can go with Michelin... Comparing to MRF Michelin better...

Bush is the local name for the wheel rubbers, avoids play in the rear wheel. they must be worn out or cut, whats the odo reading?

Bush is a rubber washer like thing in place for avoiding friction. Please ask your mechanic what bush u need to replace rear wheel? or any other, bushes wear gradually I have just done 5791km so have not replaced the same

TVS tyres on honda bikes are mostly found in southern states were they are popular. TVS has it's tyre manufacturing plant in TN. But compared to MRF i feel TVS are no good enough. This is puerly my personal opinion

    Red face

    Hey guys

Remember how I also complained about getting 65 kmpl only which was a drop from 70 kmpl I used to get earlier. I spoke about this to the mechanic at the Honda Service center and he agreed to do the mileage test in the SC. After the serviceing he said he did some tuning.

I put 7.22 ltrs at Odo reading 4990 (already had hit reserve at that mark)...so to get 70kmpl need to travel 7.22*70 = 505 kms...so Odo reading should be 4990+505 = 5496

My current Odo reading is 5425 and going by my experience..looking at the fuel level indicator I still may have fuel left for another odd 100 kms.

My mileage has definitely increased from 65kmpl..lets see till what level does it go.

    Guys,

I recently purchased a White color Twister. I am planning to change the speedometer bulb with White LEDs. How to remove it and change the bulb, any idea what is the bulb type.

you are right, mechanic was referring to rear wheel play which he noticed while doing the chain tightening. The wheel had a slight sidewards movement. my odo reading has just crossed 15k.....any idea what could be the cost of these bushes?
