The bike is sluggish at lower speeds... that is in comparison to how it sprints at higher RPM's. It is not so slow that it struggles. I always keep up with other 150's & ZMA's when starting from signals... I cross them n a jiffy. And I am not a high revver.
More than the slow/speed, it is a pain to drive in traffic because of the riding posture... you cannot keep that posture with stop & go traffic. @souvikb83 The R15's suspension has a lot of travel and it is linked type monocross... you cannot lift it further but I'm curious to know why you asked this... pls explain... R15's lighting is pretty decent and don't expect to get much more lighting from a bike. Also, when u come across such vehicles that have 6-10 headlights or those blinding white lights, even if you have similar lighting u cannot see much.... only way to drive is to slow down the the moment u spot such lighting. Abt ur clitch cable... it is not something that fails so easily... they last and last and hence the dealership wouldn't have got the stock... one of the reasons why u have a problem could be rats!!!
