Have you been visiting Orkut R15 communities..?? Since XBHP was down for almost a month, I used to frequent Orkut Communities.. including that of R15 ones.

Default No trouble yet!!

Well i dont know..didnt get any specific trouble yet..the bikes been going pretty well..infact got it serviced past weekend and took it to DND flyover adn hit a top wack of 141kmph..was expecting more..but traffic restricted the flying R15 .
the chain was making a wierd sound..the mechanic didnt lubricate it after washing..so immediatly got that done...
moreover the owner of the showroom told me that he'll be recieving customisation parts for the bike ..like end bar wieghts, LEDs, brake n clutch levers, swing arm spools...
two things that i asked him to arrange is the sports type main stand and knee sliders..without which theres lack of x-factor in the joy riding of the R15. Rest is cool..im more than satisfied with speedo maniac from yamaha

that's Speedo Indicated..
even auto mags have reported speedo indicated figures of around 140 Kmph on the R15.

well top speed is not only about cc...it depends on weight, rubber in use, engine RPM power generated, aerodynaics, compression ratio, etc, etc

so its more than just cc..
to elaborate..the aprilia RS 125 sold in italy has a top whack of 170kmph..

its more than just the cc that gives u the liscense to pass the other

its the same here with my R15....the noise....its weired...i have escalated the problem to one of the company's engineers...& he admitted that the chain is not up to the standard...but this is a very small prob otherwise the bike is awesome...too fast....and I have clocked 121kmph in 15secs (approx)...its really FUN
