windscreen vibrations have no connection to HL Stay.
as for alignment it is quite evident.U don't even need to ride.just sit on the bike.
make the tyre absolutely straight.ask someone to verify from front.
than take a look at handle.
In the left & right hand sides spaces if there is difference than only the stay is bent othrwise not.
hope this helps

I have gap between the fairing and the HL cowl on the right side. It is there since a crash. There is no such gap on the other side. I also had got some damage on the HL cowl in that crash so I got it changed but the gap is still present there and i can notice that it is expanding slowly.
About the vibration part. It started the day I got my HL cowl changed. Didnt notice any vibration before that.

called up pacer at abt 2:30 pm and asked for the status. They asked me come and get the bike. Reached there at around 4:00. and found they had just washed my bike. Was pissed of at the guy and asked him to give back the bike. The quy in-charge apologized and asked me to wait for abt 20 mins to get the job done.. But I had to wait to for an hour and half .. the mechanic who attended by bike was ok.. he stripped down the tail of the bike and checked for the swingarm alignment. Finally he concluded that there was indeed swing-arm bend.. but no chassis bend .. Will post the pics by night..

Now the question is the cost of fixing the swingarm.. yesterday the person-in-charge told that it would cost around Rs 3000(excluding chassis alignment) and will finish things in no time.. todays he says that it would take only Rs 750 + tax

Will take the bike tomorrow to perfect riders. Lets see what those guys have to say..

Thanks everyone for ur suggestions..

The back wheel was not aligned with the tail/mudguard.. Didnt notice that before.. This convinced me that there is an issue with the swing-arm. Can that be taken as a sign?
