This has been discusses a lot of times on the forum. Its a common phenomenon. Fuel evaporates and the vapours build up some pressure inside the tank. And these vapours escape from a hole and that causes the sound. Just open the fuel tank once and close it, the sound should stop. |

![]() I'm sure you (& the rest of us too) want those interactions to remain few and far between.. ![]() @All: 1. I have realised how important it is to maintain the optimum tyre pressure on the R15. Until Saturday, I found the bike a bit twitchy in cornering & sometimes in straight-line! Got the tyre re-inflated yest morning (1st time since I took delivery 10 days ago).. & it handles like a dream now! Ran it some 30KMs on the highway after that (albeit below 60Kmph, bacause of the run-in).. ![]() The amzing performace of the bike is encouraging me to run it in, in the best posible way..!! ![]() 2. I was also wondering if the SVC would accept my bike for 1st service (using 1st service coupon only), say if I give it at 1100KMs & 28 days (the service interval in the manual being 30 days or 1000KMs, whichever is earlier)? (you may find this query of mine a bit stupid, but pls do reply )

Hi all,
Have anyone got your headlight beam adjusted? I wanna get it adjusted. The beam spread is too much it falls about half a km but not powerful . I wanna adjust it so that it falls around 5-10 mts but has to be bright.Any suggestion?

There are three screws to adjust the headlight. One is near to the pilot lamp cover and the other is below the fibre/plastic matte piece. Somewhere in this thread ( around the initial pages of the this thread), there are pictures of it. |

Now with better handling, performance, you'll also see a noticeable increase in fuel economy! @ Jadhav- Yeah, there are three screws to adjust the headlights, but I guess your problem is regarding the vertical light throw (it being too high), so the screw on the outside, just next to the pilot light cover should do the trick. |
