^^^ That's a car oil buddy. that too API SM. You'd better not use it in your bike. Anything you find, please check for JASO MA certification/specification to understand that it is a motorcycle oil. THen check for recommended viscoscity grade like 10W40 or 20W40.

^^ Can cause clutch slippage as the oil has friction modifiers. Better that you stick to Yamalube.

Or you can just press the ODO/Trip button the moment you have refueled to take it back to the odometer or trip meter reading and resume riding.

Default Waiting period going high...

I booked the R15 on 13th March 2010 and still there is no sign of the bike, Checked with the dealer last week and she was saying that the load which was supposed to come last month end has not come yet and the same would be coming next week. The load which was expected to come in the middle of this month would be coming by month end. If i have to wait till month end that would take the waiting period to 45+ days.

It seems that Yamaha, Bajaj and HH are finding it difficult to deliver some models which are in high demand. Yamaha is able to churn out FZs in adequate numbers but they were never expecting this much increased demand for R15 it seems.

Quote:
Yamaha is seeing huge demand for its 150cc motorcycle R15 with the waiting period ranging from one month to 45 days. “We are planning to increase the production of this model by around 500 units, to 2,500 units per month, to meet the demand, primarily in north and south India,” said Pankaj Dubey, national business head, India Yamaha Motor.
Similarly, the article says that HH has stopped booking of ZMR due to over booking and so on...
