Irrespective of the gears and the RPM you're changing them at, mixture has nothing to do with the speeds at the respective RPM my friend.

Rich mixture never makes a bike do 5200 RPM in indicated 5000, nor the lean make it do 4800 at the same,the fluctuation of the engine speed by the mixture cannot be controled as it's always because of the carefull gear ratios decided by the manufacturers.

@ameyashogun:

Congratulations buddy..

congrtas again...nice pics btw.Better stay away from fuel additives.It's simply a waste of money IMO and the claims are just a marketing gimmick...even if it isn't, I think you'd do better without it...

I think u are still not getting my point....wat i mean is, suppose a byk is doing 70km/hr at 5k rpm..considering u shift at 4k...will the speed be same in case of a lean,ideal and rich mixture?????

u can do a 60km/hr at 5k in 4th gear or 70 at 5k in 5th...that varies and that is not my concern...

i hope u get it this tym...

Default Road Trip atlast!

Guys, Finally went on a nice road trip on my Bike to Murud Janjira and Harihareswar. The Bike felt good, climbing ability was awesome and so was the handling.... Decent Mileage and overall it made me happy.... But still feel it shouldn't have such a short gear ratio or a sixth gear would have been wonderful .....
