Quick update : Have changed the exercises for all body parts, this is the first week of those. Must say, change in exercises does help a lot in the muscles to grow.

        Not the only one.
Even I hit the gym 5 days a week. Although not a multigym like you, but a personal gym.
Working out is like elixir to me.
        Love to work out.
Was thinking to tell my next experience but some personal work is keeping me busy.

Not the only one bro, Working out is my first love. I just don't post about it. Also why the half reps on leg press? They do more harm than good.

AFAIK, half repping leg movements puts strain on the knees and might cause injuries and never ever completely believe a personal trainer unless he gives a explanation because most of the "advice" is just something they heard from someone else.

I dont think he will mis-guide anyone, plus having trust in this scene is a must. At least I have on him, may be not on other trainers in the gym.

I will post less too on the thread, being winters, there wont be much fat loss and personal opinion, this thread is dead too :P

Maybe many riders don't have the time to workout

I somehow dont go by it. If one is serious about something and not doing just for show off, they will MAKE time.

Its not that time for workout
Since I am busy in workout so don't get time for posting. Morning 1.5 hours weight training and evening 0.5 hours cardios is keeping me busy.
Moreover busy with some family works along with office doesn't allow me to post.
Presently in village in family work.

My workouts are far too boring to post Cycle ride, some more cycle ride and finally followed up with more cycling!
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Does anyone have any experience importing whey protein? How much duty is levied? I have ordered some from myprotein.com which is based in uk or nl (not sure).

No, havent given it any thought yet. As all the products are available on health kart. Any specific product you are looking for? I mailed bodybuilding.com regarding Kris Gethin's protein (Kaged Muscle) but they said as they can't guarantee clearing all those legal things.

I bought Impact Whey protein and some omega 3 from myprotein.com as it had many great reviews and it will be a lot cheaper if customs don't charge like crazy.
My friends buy supps from the US and they say on an average they are charged ~20% duty ( but they usually have Whey and casein protein+ protein bars+ bcaa+a bunch of other stuff).

My package has landed in india today, hopefully it should be cleared soon.
