I hope you are same person found in TBHP forum. There is an active thread on Android, which might benefit you. Am not a member there, but I keep a tap on Android and GPS related discussions. I hope its not an offense to point someone to a different forum.

In the long end its good. Cause you definitely dont want your system apps to get messed everytime you replace the memory card.

You get 2gb for apps. Which should be more than enough. I use less than a gb. and you get 4gb for media. Unless you use more than 4gb for songs/photos the Sony U is for you

How many times does a person change a memory card? and the apps can be moved without any issues.

Nobody is a genius like you buddy, nobody wants complexity. Bada is a blatant copy of android if i may so say.

And I would say BB is also better than symbian. Symbian was lame. I was never attracted to smartphones. When I was in school and my uncle got that Eseries from Nokia it just sucked !! THERE WAS NOTHING !!! all it could do was open office files. no good cam, music player. I think that was the fall of both BB and symbian they wanted to be too much of a smartphone.

Anyway what are the two paid apps that you use? the only app i need to buy is tapatalk to use for xbhp and couple of other forums but am not buying it. use browser or wait till i get to a pc.

RG bhai , whatever the other options are, nothing looks as cool as xperia u , only thing thats not working for it, is the limited memory.( 4 GB for apps and 4GB for user storage). BUT ,,,, xperia comes with USB on the go functionality (USB OTG) , means it can connect to almost anything that have a usb port on it (execpt some power hungry devices), including flash drives, keybords, joysticks etc,. the phone has4 gb storage so what?, get a usb otg cable frm ebay and connect ur pendrives to it ,and storing movies on pendrives is better than transferring to slow micro sd/ phone memmory .
so i guess this takes care of the memory problem that most people are worried about.

So no more confusions; its going to be a very very hard bargain with XPeria U otherwise simply stick with WT19i (live Walkman). The only question remains is, when do I buy after getting this month's pay cheque
