Had filtered my search a lot and finally was left with 2 phones namely Samsung Galaxy Nexus and the Motorola Atrix 2.
Was gonna get the nexus from US, but that is not possible now because my friend delayed his trip to India. So i am left with the atrix 2...very skeptical about moto though!
Any atrix 2 users here? The phone looks promising on paper...but want to keep my options open!
    Any suggestions?

    • Had cancelled out Xperia U because of no Miicro SD slot on it. 8Gb internal memory and out of that i think some 4.5Gb can by used.

Sola is a great phone...but i just dont know what happens to sony when it comes to battery life. 1320 Mah battery on the sola is a something which i cant digest.
If i make it Xperia Sola vs Atrix 2, the A2 wins on paper.

What do you guys say? Should i go for the Sola? Both Phones cost the same.

This is the reason experia U is putting me in doubt. I used 8GB card in my Wave.

            • @All: A small update from my side&a bigger one.
Small update is buying a Chat 335 for my Uncle. Reason being he did not want a touch screen but needed to check his Yahoo mail&messenger. The phone is pretty good, comes with a BB style optical trackpad&a front cam too! Good option for those looking for a BBesque phone in a lower range. Oh yeah! Mail can be synced too!
Now the big update-I sold off my less than one year old Optimus Black&got a Note. Reason being: There were some dead pixels&the processor response/battery backup had reduced considerably. Not expected this early but maybe result of over use. Got a decent 10K for it so didn't think twice.
Coming to the Note, it has exceeded all expectations-45hrs. of backup with heavy usage&the screen is simply wow! Would definitely recommend it&to whoever thinks it is not pocketable, it fits nicely into my tightest jeans with the earphones connected!

              • Need suggestions in the confusing market of mobile phones

I tried searching in one or two websites with my requirements...
                - Excellent talk feature
                - Has to support conference calls, look up address book during a call, has to provide easy lock & unlock feature
                - Should support categorizing contacts them based on profiles & assigning individual ring tones
                - Should support storing several contacts under one profile (current phone has a limit of 10 or so)
                - Should support MP3 & support different types of video files (if possible compressing videos)
                - Good battery life w.r.t talk time
                - GSM
                - Single SIM
                - Touch phone (no qwerty)
                - Nokia & Nokia ONLY
                - Priority for internet usage
                - Should support Google Lat/Navigation
                - Should support extended memory
                - Good if it support emails & 3G, but not necessary
                - Would be excellent if the cost is <=15K

                Can anyone help suggest pls?

                      Nokia and Nokia ONLY!!!!!!!!

I would've also told to check out the N8 but it will be a bit out of budget.

Can accept everything except the above; let me give you a situation; let's say the phone is fully charged on Monday morning, even if I don't use the phone (just carry it to office & back), will the battery withstand until Wednesday evening? I can live with that

Is it better than Lumia 710?

                        Thanks Antz & Hyper

Edit - Is there one good (and RELIABLE) website where I can search (not compare as I don't know the models) based on my requirements? The ones I went through provide basic questions like "single/dual sim", "keypad/touch", "GSM/CDMA"; I'm looking more based on practical usage like battery life, video/audio type supported types, thickness & most important, launch date (or number of months in market)

Ok, so its Lumia 710 or N8 then. I'll check GSMArena & post further updates

Edit - Will I be able to get anything in slightly lesser price? Assuming, I keep the following points as very important ones...
                            - Excellent talk feature

                            - Supports internet

                              • Came across Nokia X6 & fell for its sheer beauty (Nokia X6 - Full phone specifications)

I'm not aware how much these things matter; can you guys shed some light please?

                                OS - Symbian OS v9.4, Series 60 rel. 5
                                CPU - 434 MHz ARM 11
                                Sensors - Accelerometer, proximity

Obviously this is slightly less than N8 (which also uses Symbian 3 OS) & Lumia 710 which uses Windows. Which would be practical? Windows or Symbian (or the popular word Android)?

                                Pls help. Tks.
