    hello everyone!
    i am looking out for a good handset for my grandfather within the range of 3.5-4k max! preferably nokia or samusng!
    i am looking out for a handset with
    -easy to use functions
    -good screen and font size
    -camera and mp3 too!
    please suggest me a good handset! with all the above mentioned features!

        BlackBerry PlayBook

        BlackBerry has slashed the price of its PlayBook tablet by a whopping 50 per cent. The tablet will be available at the discounted price till December 31st this year. As per the new offer, the 16 GB version of PlayBook will now cost around Rs 13,490, instead of the earlier price of Rs 27,990. The 32 GB PlayBook will cost Rs 15,990 and Rs 24,490 for 64 GB version.

              Looks like they received a new set or may be it was a marketing gimmick...

                  does android phones have offline Navigation(like OVI maps) option?
                  I want to buy an android mobile within 15k..
                  1. With Decent processing speed.
                  2. Good browsing capability & decent battery backup.
                  3. Secondary cam
                  4. Rugged in construction, as ill mount it my bike during touring.

                      Andorid vs WP 7

                      Guys I am looking for a good android smartphone and have been a symbian loyalist for ages.I would not want to be left behind so was looking to upgrade to either WP7 or Android.

                      The ones i ve shortlisted and checked out under WP7 are

                      1. Lumia 800
                      2. Samsung Omnia W

                      The OS has been the best of all featured on both the phones and nokia build quality and hardware is way better. Downside of the lumia was its pretty pricey at 30k and the screen is under 4".Also the marketplace is yet to grow and syncing files/Data is only through zune.These kind of limits put me down.

                      So started checking out options in Android in the price range of 30k.Here are those

                      1.Moto RAZR XT 910
                      2.Samsung Galaxy SII
                      3.Samsung Galaxy Note

                      Now i am really inclined towards the RAZR cos of the looks and the acclaimed durability with all the water and shock resistant body and panels.Otherwise the Note has an upper hand in all these.

                      And i founr the RAZR to be more practical and now that Motorola is in Google's hands i am expecting better support and updates.

                      Guys What is your take on this.??

                        Hey guys!....i just buy a sony ericson experia mini.....the problem is that,whenever i connect my mobile to computer and open photo albums stored in mobile,then my computer is unable to make thumbnails of those photos and when i open those photos by clicking on them photo does appears but i am not able to flip to another photo by using arrow keys on my keyboard or the arrow keys that are displayed on your monitor whenever you opens any photo from a normal mobile.....but yes if i copy paste those photos in my computer then everything works fine......can anyone please help me out on this issue??.....if i am not clear with my query please inform me....

                          Similar case happens when your using a digi cam. I think you are using the default Windows Photo Viewer, and images clicked by your phone is in jpeg format..?
                          You can avoid this by using any different software for watching images, there are many nice s/w's available.
                          With me, strangely this problem occurred only once last night, rest now its working fine. You can try by selecting all and then Open With WPV, every photo will be opened in a new window, then close all windows. Next time problem will be resolved.
