The problem with buying newer OS (Symbian Belle) Nokias is that Google Maps has compatibility issues. Or something like a Nokia 603 will fit all your *revised* requirements (including budget since it sells for ~13.5k). Or else, N8 with Symbian Anna has most things working for it.
Problem with buying X6 is that it was launched over 2 years back, in a market where the average phone remains 'new' for like 4-6 months. Anyways, I find it too excruciatingly slow (TrustVishwas has one, says get the 8GB, NOT the 16GB).
All Windows phones have the same fixed set of issues. Lumia 710 being the worst among them w.r.t. battery life (Source:GSMARENA), Lumia 610 being the worst among them w.r.t. usable RAM, Lumia 800 overshoots the budget.
