Not a bad deal considering you get a 6 month replacement warranty and all the other defaults standard...
Screen quality is a little low, but a decent 'thing' at its price.

You should have posted here. I know atleast 3 places that can give you delivery of Nokia C6 the next day after booking/payment.

          • hey guys...
thanks for all your comments and suggestions.....

the reason I didn't bought LG optimus P500 is the physical keyboard.....and the fact that motorola quality is always far better than LG and samsung.......that's what i have found with my experiences.......if you want call clarity and recption quality than there are only two companies nokia and motorola......and thats the primary function of any phone.....

there are 4 problems with charm....
            1) no autofocus camera......so close-up shots are very bad and its difficult to find a good application to be use the camera as scanner

2)small screen......you can not place many widgets......although there are 7 pages but still.....

            3) GPS through satellite is not as good as in symbian phones..... or high end phones.....but its ok....it takes around 2-3 minutes to lock your position and shows accuracy upto 70m......

            4) battery is small......after listening songs for 2 to 2.5 hours.......talking on 2G for about 2 hours and chatting for about 3 hours..... there is only 10% left......

Other than these problems it really works as charm.....opera mini and its own browser....both are very good.....loads almost 90% flash contents......
watching videos on youtube is only hampered by small screen.....
physical keypad is small but still works very well...no aching fingers......
voice clarity and reception quality is as expected....excellent......

now after using it for almost one week, I don't consider my decision as wrong.......

Yes , its Froyo which excites me and as this phone developed in association with google ..they say next version honeycomb can be upgraded to these without waiting for manifacturer's release ...
they have already unvieled the both in india ..its only availability which is problem...

and i heard news of Intex bringing an android 2.2 froyo with 3.5mp camera and gps .. for 5.5K .. in india by mid Feb .. lets...see .. i don;t want to invest more on these mobile phones ..

currently i have N97mini which i got from my frnd who works for Nokia for free as of now .. i may giv 6-7K for it if i like it ..although he is not insisting it

yeah i agr that froyo is a nice operting system by google morovr they share 57% of market share in mobile devices operating on google platform. n as far the honeycomb is concerned.. i thnk its the gingerbread(2.3) whch z the next version available after t froyo (2.2).. anywz.. the version in basic functionlaty are same only some additional things are added whch deos not make anymuch differece..??
and i would say that the technology is evoloving day by day.. so v as users should go for phones whch serve best t our needs.. n dont run behind the advancements.. bcse if v do.. thr z no end to it..??

None that I know of, I think there won't be any as you have to write the drivers for the hardware too for the OS you use.

                              • That's a very old news, I am waiting for the Mobile World Congress next month, maybe Nokia will finally officially announce the N9. It will have to beat the crap out of every mobile phone if we go by the hype and I am sure Nokia will live up to it.
