    I know the 'copy-paste' update came a long time back.. But still.. why did it even need an update for a basic functionality like that? I mean did they not know that we all use it daily on our phones / computers? They are 'Microsoft' for heaven's sake!

    I also understand that I have to at least give it a try before writing it off like that.. point taken. I do give everything a try.. My last few phones were Moto Rokr E6, HTC TYTN II, HTC Touch Pro, HTC Dream, Samsung Wave S8500.. The only thing missing from the list is iPhone.. which i frankly feel is too overpriced..

    I would have believed what the link says had I not bought the Notion Ink Adam: Tech Specs with all specs similar to the Galaxy S2 (Minus the camera bit and the screen size and the fact that the Adam is actually a 10.1' Tablet and not a 4.3' smartphone) for <30k (For the top of the line model PixelQi screen + 16GB inetrnal flash memory. The S2 pricing will not go above 30k as they cannot charge such an extravagant premium for just an 8Mpix camera module. And they also won't want to leave the 28k price point they have just vacated by discontinuing the Galaxy S. Besides, why do you think a New Galaxy S i9000 is so hard to source? Any other guesses genius?
    LG Optimus 2X (left) and Optimus Black (right) were introduced early this year at CES 2011, and each is remarkable in its own way. For now, LG has only given approximate prices – the Optimus 2X will be retailing soon for around Rs. 30,000, while the Optimus Black, yet to release globally, will retail a little later for around Rs. 27,000.

      Bought an Arc

      Guys, purchased Xperia Arc 2 days ago, first experience with Android as my other fone is Wave with BADA OS. Timespace UI is amazing and features are good too. Haven't clicked pics yet and no recording yet, so will update later once I'm through the shots.

      27.5k in Univercell Hyd., got a gold-coin, reebok ipl tee and a bluetooth headset free on occasion of Ugadi.

          The answer is in your question bro. Btw, read about the relase dates in another link yesterday. The price given in link are MRPs. so the actual price of the phone may be lesser than that by a couple of grands.

          Wow. whats the MRP of the phone and how many grams gold coin and what make head set ?. I wish there are some offers for the SGS2 when it comes out. I dont want to buy in the initial lot and loose a couple of thousand in a couple of weeks

            It was a rhetorical question . And my post said about pricing of SGS2 which is better specced than Optimus 2x.(so assuming higher pricing)

                    I think its going to be the same processor with a small tweak to the clocking frequency. The odroid pad is already blazing with the same exynos cpu and mali 400gpu with a higher resolution that sgs2. Then imagine what the new combination would do. I think the tegra sgs2 is going to be like i9003. A scaled down version with SLCD.

                      I also read about Galaxy S Plus i9001, with an overclocked 1.4GHz CPU.
                      Not clear whether this will replace the old Galaxy S, but it is supposed to have a Super AMOLED screen&flash for the camera too!
                      Already released in Russia.
