The above sentance probably nails the way how Hero can extend the life/appeal of the Karizma without any technical change..Originally posted by ashwinprakas View Post

they just need to rephrase premium, may be just sports commutourer will do.and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

So I expect you guys to grow up first and then come up with something better, possibly a valid argument against my statement so that future viewers of this thread can learn something from this. Rather than keep on poking at the same thing over and over, cause I believe people keep coming here over and over again to learn and understand something.
EDIT.
@Payeng. (Sorry for not posting earlier, just noticed it now.)
Its real funny, to see a person owning a bike that has a large "F" stickered to his fairing, making fun of my bike, which has a premium tag on its belly cowl. LOL, Hope you get my drift. (Only pun intended.)Last edited by ashwinprakas; 03-16-2012, 12:20 AM.Motorcycling Experience:

That may or may not be so. But dont you think its time to focus on the hard facts of the topic at hand, rather than taunt someones personal remark on the same.??? (Still hoping you've read the GROW UP part from my recent post.)Originally posted by sayank10 View Posttime for you to learn something from this thread.

we have already focused on the issues, the conclusion is clear as day-light.nothing left to talk about,so let us just keep hurling mud at each other.Originally posted by ashwinprakas View PostThat may or may not be so. The edited part in this post was for him. My Edited Post.Originally posted by sayank10 View Postbut for payeng
And seriously, are you guys judging a bike based on a mere marketing term used by its manufacturer. Lol, if that was the case, then we've got a helluva lot criticizing to do starting from that lame Fastest Indian tag.
Now now. Please dont think that am trying to be disrespectful or just plain pain in the ass kid who'se trying to convince the world that the rabit he's caught has 3 pointy ears. (A saying my granny use'd to say.)
Im just advising you to stop focusing on my remark, cause in actuality who am I, just a normal user of this product at hand. And my remark is in no way going to affect anyones personal opinion no matter what. If it did, then I'd repeat Argee sir's joke, "I wonder what're the bikes manufactured for psychos, lunatics & cynics
"
My only request was that you go past my personal remark and bring a valid counter arguement for all the valid data that I've provided that proves that the ZMA has'nt lost its appeal, because its made that way to be that way.
In simple terms. You buy a Parker pen due to the quality it gives you, and it'd be pointless to point out that a shanghai replica pen that costs half the cost of the Parker has an inbuilt cigar ligher, which you yourself will eventually understand you actually dont need.
Hoping I've cleared things up.

for your info, my bike never had a "F".. it was a DTS-Fi model from 2007. "Was" because I had to give it away when I shifted cities.. I have been without a ride for sometime now.Originally posted by ashwinprakas View Post@Payeng. (Sorry for not posting earlier, just noticed it now.)

And you should not think that I am out making fun of your "Bike".
As as an enthusiast, I have witnessed the birth of the ZMA.. and as an active xBhpian since 2005, I have seen fellow xBhpains go gaga on it in till not too long back. But in 2012 there seems to be consensus that the ZMA does not stand for what it used to.
Your "Down to Earth/Functional" comment actually makes sense.

Am sorry to hear that. Hope you get back a pair of wheels soon.Originally posted by payeng View Postfor your info, my bike never had a "F".. it was a DTS-Fi model from 2007. "Was" because I had to give it away when I shifted cities.. I have been without a ride for sometime now.
C'mon, seriously do you think I or anyone here in xbhp will be offended by such a comment. We're here to communicate information, and sometimes to achieve the same we use harsher means, but that doesnt mean anyone should get offended. Cause what brought us here's our common enthusiasm towards biking, and be it a M80 or a P180, the enthusiasm we have for them should be unbiased. Hope you get where am going at.And you should not think that I am out making fun of your "Bike".
Guess the world works like that. Yesterday the ZMA was a Premium Sport Bike, where as now, its regarded as a Sports Tourer, maybe in the future it may come down to Super Commuter and finally a Commuter. So what we should understand from the same is that, the eyes of every beholder sees different, but that does'nt mean that the ZMA is no more what it used to be, maybe according to popular opinion as understandable from the poll it maybe felt so. But never think of it as a factual thing, cause if you do so, then whats the point of claiming ourselves as enthusiasts. Cause as I said before be it anybike, we share the enthusiasm, just cause of the fact its a bike.As as an enthusiast, I have witnessed the birth of the ZMA.. and as an active xBhpian since 2005, I have seen fellow xBhpains go gaga on it in till not too long back. But in 2012 there seems to be consensus that the ZMA does not stand for what it used to.

Agreed for R15, coz you said you are well built, it may not be that comfortable after all... though it all depends on how you adjust to the seating position. This is what I felt, you don't need to respond or justify
I understand that it's your money and it's your satisfaction that matters, so enjoy your ride without any regrets.
Look dude, I am not complaining on the basis of hearsay. I am complaining on the basis of my own traumatic experience with a Bajaj product(read platina)
I have experienced the harassment firsthand.

You've said the answer yourself. The KeyWords are "SPEEDO INDICATED"Originally posted by sayank10 View Posta stock 220 can do a speedo indicated 150.got enough reason to criticise?
and "CRITICISE"
Sorry, but I dont feel the feelings mutual.i am afraid to tell you have messed thing up further.
If life was so simple, then what would be the joy in living it. I believe through further trial and error discussions similar to the one that I and Sayank are conducting we'd be able to understand much more and be able to uncover alot more arguable facts on the same. (BTW, just hoping next time Sayank would bring up more selfsustaining arguements.Originally posted by sambit View PostAswinPrakas and Sayank, let me help you two....
