I used to say before and i am saying now too...what is this guy doing here , he should be in MIT or some R&D department of Yamaha or TVS.
Hatts off to you bro...The R15 Stock engine already gives a kickass performance for being 150cc now ur modds have just taken engineering to another level.
soon Performance parts will be out..added that to your bike man it will shed the Kawa 250cc also or come closer to it.

nice mod there joel, apar did tell me about the exhaust you've made and how much he likes to have one on his bike. BTW did u grind the lower portion of the cyl block to actually increase the compression ratio(since u say its got a stock con rod) or does it have some other reason to it. just curious

Hint is nothing. I've very clearly mentioned that the cylinder head was modified. Which effectively bumps the compression. i wont say what exactly I did, but its a tricky stuff.Originally posted by abhijeet080808 View PostI thought you shaved off the lower portion of the cylinder block to increase compression. Now you say some other reasons too?
I am curious what it can be. Any hint?
My development on the R15 will soon see the next levels and unfortunately I wont be able to disclose my owns works here. I'm getting committed for some development sake.sigpic
