This reminds me of a similar situation. Once a cop caught me. I was with my friend at that time. My bike was on T/R registration(clocked 2k+ in a month) and the cop demanded money saying that I shouldn't be riding the bike without the permanent registration since it had crossed 2000 km. My friend tried to explain the cop that I ride a lot and hence the odo had crossed 2k. The cop didn't listen and slapped my friend. I was saved from the slap since I was wearing a helmet. Finally we had to pay him 100 bucks.

Moral of the story: Never remove your helmet while talking to cops(or anyone on the road). They will not have a chance of attacking on your head/face.

The cop doesn't have a right to slap without any reason.You should have lodged a formal complaint for-
1-Asking bribe
2-Physical assault

^^guys he is actually right...a cop cannot do anything until he sees u pulling out some sort of weapon or being a threat to him or somebody else

he just cant slap u for talking!!

yesterday i was riding a friend's CBZ Extreme and came 'bout s round about. then a lady suddenly jumped out of nowhere still on her cellphone lookin at neither side. i had to slam the brakes and somehow din crash. tat jackass din even bother looking back. Inconsiderate people like tat must go to hell .

I was just trying to be a sensible citizen.
Even i have bad experience with cops. One day was checking out a place for stunt meet as suggested by Satish. Bloody cops came there and started torturing us. That B*****d slapped me. I kept my cool. Since i had defence backup, we were spared. That A*****e thought that i brought a Prostitute to hook up in that place.

I knew this right of mine but dint want to go to the dirty police station. He cannot raise hands on any person unless the person is posing threat to someone.

Well, i lost 2 new AGV's in my college. My Bro brought them from Bangalore. One was neatly stolen. That bastard removed my helmet lock and took away the whole thing.

Second time it was stolen from my bag when i had gone to Lab.

Beat that.

To beat this i got another new AGV which i carry around always. To avoid another loss i have stopped going to the Lab.

You should have made that cop's life a living nightmare,since you say you have a defence background.If it was me i wouldn't have spared him

If you drive 100% safely still you can only avoid 50% of the accidents as the other 50% is made by others.

Be aware of ladies and Old men driving cars. I have seen ladies driving with the left turn signal on and turning right and vise versa. Old men are much safer. They drive very slow and won't move zig zag on the road.

Oh. The numerals we use now ( 1,2,3,4......etc) are known as Arabic numerals. As per the regulations, it is mandatory to use English letters and Arabic numerals on the number plates.

BTW how to reply to multilpe threads in the same post?
