      MOHSIN,

Contacted through a Dealer. Not available now. Will take a months time to arrive.
Besides that I will not be able to have it exchanged.
In fact since my close friend is in CEAT, he got in touch with the Regional Head of MICHELLIN who had a chat with me. He also has the same view that it will take time.

        All friends

I am changing to MRF ZAPPER-Q from stock ZAPPER-Y.

No MICHELIN or PIRELLI could be managed in Kolkata.

Rear tyre Zapper-Q will come from Delhi thru this a Dealer @ Rs (1950+150)= Rs 2150/-
Need to pay Rs 1200/- for exchange.

Is this OK and should I go ahead. Need to confirm today itself.

Hey bro, that is NOT a bad choice at all... i have this tire on my Honda Shine but it grips really really well.... i have not had any problems with this tire yet.... so ur making a pretty good choice in quality wise!!

            Thanks krUnIzZlE,

Was it a stock one or changed it?

So it seems this is not a bad choice of upgrading from stock ZAPPER-Y to ZAPPER-Q for my ZMR with rear 100/90 X 18'

Hence confirmed the Deal @ this price.

Worst part is that I cannot ride my bike for now as no Regn. & Tyre change.

I changed it. My original tire is about the size of a splendor.
but i upgraded to the size of a CBZ X/ZMA. and i love thr grip. but it is a bit heavy just so you know!!

i haven't checked the idling rpm...

i hear a weird noise when i'm coasting and have completely closed the throttle... isn't it usually associated with high idling ??

i asked a friend of mine to take a ride and he said the same thing... that the idling is quite high..

OOPS!...i write it wrong...mine is 1100 RPM in idle mode...just check it yours and if it is higher..suggest you to go HH Workshop they will tune it...

                            • Even, Mine is having an idling of exactly 1.5. I too sometimes feel that it is high. Is there any manual way of adjusting it, or it is completely dependent on the ecu ?
From variable Bhps to a constant 17.6 Bhp.

i guess its completely controlled by ecu.. i asked the guys at hh service station.. they said they can do nothing since its all controlled by ecu..
