I think new road tax is not yet implemented in Delhi...it's an proposal..and soon to be changed...

Road Tax has increased in Delhi now have to pay approx 5,000 extra on ZMR...so cost goes to 1 Lakh & above...

Done around 250 km. Brake bite feels better and more confident now. Bike feels solid on the road, handling is good. Power at 4K RPMs is sufficient for city usage.

The only issue I felt was while downshifting, lower gears don't come easily. For eg, riding at 5th gear, then need to cut down 2 gears at once, 5 to 4 is okay but 4 to 3 doesn't come. Found the workaround for that: depress full clutch, shift from 5 to 4, release clutch a bit, then 4 to 3 happens easily.

In fact both our WHITE beasts doing simultaneously and behaving in the same way!!!

What will be the On Road Price now in Delhi?
I paid around Rs 1.02 lac on Road in Kolkata on 16-May-2010.

Finally my rear Tyre has changed from Tubeless ZAPPER-Y to Tube ZAPPER-Q.
Since Valves are not readily available Tubeless cannot be done. In process will be done soon.

i am getting my zmr

dear masters.......i booked my zmr in the last february in cochin, kerala......and mostly getting delivered by this friday........the lot nt arrived till today.....i have called showroom today and thel told that the lot will come tomorrow....its a black one......after reading the whole thread i am bit tensed about my decision about the colour......but i know that i cant never maintain the white queen.........i will be a dark-knight then......right?

I think i have to specify atleast here why i have not selected 220 or r15......
I was using pulsar 150dtsi for the last five years and completed a 195000 kms with the bike......i always (still) like the power it delivers......as I am a power driver and a tourister I always cared the rough power it delivered......but on the side of engine refinement.....i was always disappointed......i alongwith my friends have felt our hearts broken at the midday after riding a 75 kms......the engine will make unhealthy noises.......and most the bikes give a shivering for its handle......i felt so sad always about it........


when I decided to buy a new bike, i have considered R15 the 2nd option... How can I tell a negative word about the machine......the less sudden pick up compared to 220 is not a great matter when we make a long ride....but the posture.......it made me to think twice.......even if I am a power rider, I am always crazy of spending my holidays travelling to long destination........so the posture may be discomfortable.

thats why I started the dream of ZMR, the nice upgrade HH for their proven machine.......and best tourer bike too

the night are sleepless now.......i cant wait further....
It will be 5th vehicle in my district.......

Change the engine oil..I`m using shell 10w 30 in my zma..my bike`s mileage has increased and is more refined and the gear shift is butter smooth.Had got the oil from laxmi auto J.M.road pune

Heard hh is launching a 250cc..First they launch zmr with 3-4 months waiting.Wont be surprised if the 250cc comes with a one yr waiting..lol

Black is absolutely gorgeous . In fact I also had an initial plan for it.
Changed to WHITE only due to suggestion from my ASTRO guide. Never wanted to mess with ZMR.
