To change head light bulb you need to open complete fairing...instruction has been mentioned in manual or you can go to SVC for the same...its not easy in first time to open a fairing..Originally posted by praveenmemala View PostI have decided to change the bulb to nightbreaker... Can we change it simply? Should we go to svc to do this? If its not needed, how could it be?

every 900 km...but i guess oil should be changed after 1500-2000 KMi think if HH oil is not of good quality then we should consider some other brand like motul. i never bothered much about oil but will research a bit on it.Originally posted by worrisomebear View PostHH oil is not worth lasting 2k kms either.......max to max 1000kms .... thats wat i do and thats wat i alwys did on my 4 year ZMA too...not even opened engine once or change clutch plates or anything for 27000kms till now

In fact the Service Manual mentions three oil.Originally posted by anmol_1990 View Posti think if HH oil is not of good quality then we should consider some other brand like motul. i never bothered much about oil but will research a bit on it.
1) Tide Water Oil
2) Savita Chemicals Oil
3) BPCL Oil
Here in Kolkata during my First Servicing the BPCL was available which is probably not good enough as suggested by one Kolkata X-Bhpian.
In fact I also probed with a senior servicing technician of Hero Honda. He also preferred the Tide Water Oil from Andrew Yule but not available in every Servicing Centre.
I have done 1002 kms today. Will complete around 1100 by this weekend and will again change the Engine Oil to Tide Water Oil. The ONE Litre can has a Retail Cost of Rs 175/-. Bought TWO cans for Rs 300/- from a Shop near my home.
The next change will take place in the Second Servicing around 2500 kms.34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

Help Required
I am loosing around 7 psi of Rear Tyre Pressure every day.
The interesting point is once the given pressure of 32/33 psi is done in rear Tyre it drops to around 25 psi.
Then after it stays on without dropping much. This is quite interesting.
Have checked my Tyre without any Nails or Leak.
Last week while I was coming to Office with my Wife in the morning the Rear Pressure dropped and got flattened. Some passerby in a Xing informed me.
Could not feel much since even on an empty road was driving around 55kmph.
Please help me with your suggestions.34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

Guys have anyone done long rides on ZMR (300kms+) If any one have tried it kindly share how the bike has taken the ride... and share the list of things to check before I start
I am planning for a 400km ride on the coming sunday I have got my machine serviced for the 2nd time and now I want to take it onto the Highways...
That is the only reason I have got this machine in first place actually...All the wise men of the world are called wise only after they spoke their mind, so dont keep the ideas to yourselves!

suggestion is to change the oil at max 1200kms....i dnt use any other brand except HH recommended..but since its not as great at castrol power 1 or say motul i do oil changes arnd 1000kms and keeps bike running good..
i feel its better to use manufacturer recommended oil than third party.....
since not many people have tried other oils..my suggestion to u all is the same...alse becsue engine parts for zma and zmr are pretty expensive....so why not spend 200 rs every 1000 to 1200kms and be releivedM3:15
