There is no rust as i can see in pics, its just the acid marks, sand paper it and spraycan paint will do. give the bike a nice wash and click pics will give a better view.

The rust does exist on the other side! haven' clicked a pic of it...
What i fear is, the acid is eating up the chasis, some 1-2cm of chasis already chewed by the acid...wont it be of any harm to the bike stability at high speed?

will give it a shot tomo

Yesterday i replaced the ngk conventional spark plugs with ngk g-power spark plugs. There is a improvement in idling & cold starts from the conventional spark plugs.

Today i changed the crappy Euro-grip tires both front & rear with MRF tube tires . It's really good over the old tires.

Front tyre-2.75x17 MRF ZAPPER FS(tube type)

(Old front tyre pic in pg-4)

Rear tyre-100/90x17 MRF ZAPPER C(tube type)

(old rear tyre pic in pg-4)

My Steed Shod With New MRF Tires(Front & Rear)

The blue rim stripe is looking bad now, will be changing with new blue strips soon.

hey guys check the tread pattern in my tire.. i have attached the pics of the tires....i think the rear has wornout a lot...

i think the front tire in ace's bike is correctly installed.....mine too has the same alignment of V..

@ ACE: your old front tire seems to have worn more than the rear one... why is it so??

The front looks fine but the rear is almost or totally worn out.change both tires ASAP
Ps: What's your tire spec ?

90% i use disc brake & 10% rear drum brake, that's why my old front tire is worn out quickly & there was a cut in the edge of the old tire also.
