Yes you can install K&N RC1060. But you would have to tune your carb to get the additional performance. If you do not tune your carb then your top end will suffer.Originally posted by ACE_HUNTER View Post

The only -ve point according to me is the change in the sound.
Imagine travelling for just 5 minutes with that irritating sound.
As for the spark plugs you can install any of the two.
I have installed NGK Iridium IX spark plugs on my discover.
Costed me Rs.1100 for two plugs.I hate being a pillion, iff the rider is senseless.Comment

guys, i am thinking to sell off my discover. Its the Discover DTSi 125cc version. bought in sep 2005. has ngk iridiums installed. in good condition. engine rarely shuts down, once the bike is started. clutch plates have been changed 4 months ago. And not used for about 6-7 months now.
How much should i be expecting for the bike?Comment

Hi Guys, i own discover 135 2007 model...I am confused about which engine oil to use..also tell frequency for changing oil(Kms/days)..

Raikar_ad,
I use Shell advance fast trac 4t oil after the warranty expires. It's really good oil for daily usage & the gear shifting becomes smooth after couple of km changing from SS oil. I used to change the oil between 2500-3000 kms.
What tires your discover runs now ?
@ what rpm you used to shift the gears ?

also try shell oil.ther is no vibration.
&for 1st&2nd gear change the gear @3000rpm&for 3-4 change @4000k.ur engine feels better&also get good mileage.
how much mileage u r getting?
also dont exeed more than 78 to get god mileage&more than 80gives poor mileage..
