Those things are really hazardous when considering our cut throat riding conditions.

the return trip from colg is 40kms, out of that 20+ is through a vacent road and time usually will be 8:00pm+ so i used to sing loud due to the absence of music.

i never travelled without hearing music for abt 5+ years

but i am afraid using an ear/head phone while on ride.

saw some items on ebay but are costly abt 7k~10k
ebay motor cycle speakers

can i fix philips mini or similar speakers which need 12vac on my cbz?

I've seen a few of these things available locally. They have radio as well and accept memory cards. If you're real keen on getting one then approach Manju's,Kollam.

NN Autoconnect has some of this type,it can accept both Memory cards and USB Drives,two speakers of 60W,650 or 750rs.

aside please confirm whether ur engine stalls suddenly if u r riding in neutral gear and suddenly apply brakes and come to stop ? me having this issue and cant figure it out why its happening ?

no problem in mine mate try to set rpm at 1.5. when i set my rpm to 1 when i stop in traffic my engine turns off. when i changed to 1.5 rpm no problem. the problem i faced is when i am going in 5th gear and if i need a emergency breaking ( some one cross or dog crossing )
I cant smoothly down my gear from 5th to 2nd. some times the gear shift moves but gear not changing hmmm ( is it natural)

today its 5100kms in odo and i gave it to service center morning. i asked the service guy about max milage who is a close friend of my friend. he siaid max milage will be with in 50kmpl. then how some of the friends here getting 55kmpl.?????

It seems that you Idle RPM is set too low. Try to increase it a bit and it will be all right.

got my baby back after service. and milage dropped from 44kmp to 40kmpl.

Its correctly set to 1.5k when hot.still not getting it right. earlier it was too bad,but after tuning by SVC mechanic its far better now

Reserve to reserve??
wat i observed is that,fuel needle moves slowly when above reserve level but once it goes below that,u can hardly get 40-50 kms of run even they claim 1.2 lt of usable petrol after reserve.i had almost empty tank,filled 200 rs of petrol(~ 2.9 lt),its not reserve and i have crossed 70 kms,i guess 10-15 km more when its reserver but i'm sure after that it wont go more than 40-45 kms.anyways i m quite happy eith the way SVC guy has solved that stalling proble very well,a little bit of that is still present but i can easily handle it.loving my ride as earlier

Today filled both the tyres of my xtreme with nitrogen.Have to see how it helps in performance and mileage...
