I hope the bulb in question is DC powered, else its just a matter of time before it blows.

CB unicorn alloy has gearing of 15/43
                  Yours has 14/43.

So in effect you are dropping 500 rpm in 5th gear.

That is causing engine to lug and loosing torque.

So you are loosing put on fuel efficiency.

Krishna, don't leave this man. He is perfect along with psr sir to solve the "tilt me, I shut off" and the lean running problem. On further contemplation, I think the float height is wrongly set in your bike making the level of petrol less than optimum in the bowl.

I checked that too.. Float valve would fit only in one way into the groove. May be i will give one more try later to confirm.

But did the height measure 13 mm?

                              It's not a carburettor problem.
Check the pulsar coil from coil base to CDI

Somewhere the earthing of that will be loose.
                              Most probably near the coil.

If its the pulsar coil shorting then there would be smoke from the exhaust and audible misfiring.

Had unintentionally shorted mine while pressure washing the motorcycle, had stripped the bike, changed SP, AF, drained tank and carburetor before figuring out that the issue was caused by water collecting inside the stator connector which was shorting the pulsar signal.
