    ANY SUGGETIONS TO FIX THIS.

HOW MANY TURNS TO GET LEAN MIXTURE ON AFR FROM FULLY CLOSED POSITION.

I HAVE DONE 500KM ON ODO ONLY. SHULD I WAIT BEFORE SETTING THE AFR.
Please DO NOT meddle with the carb. And calculate mileage properly using tankful to tankful method.
Fuel economy depends on how the vehicle is used. Frequent short trips (say less than 5km) will return low FE. Normal city Fuel economy will be around 37~42kmpl and If you ride it 'hard' (always whacking open throttle to get off the line) expect lesser.

well, without a audio clip it would be impossible to pinpoint the cause. at-least a description of the area from where the sound comes from might help us assist you.
please get it checked by a mechanic. some possibilities could be damage to the drive components (clutch, springs, belt etc..) or a some nut or debris in the fan area or something under the seat (tool kit) that's rattling

should be good enough, and it's better you buy it from a petrol bunk since these guys always stock the genuine stuff. Just remember the grade is ep 90.
these gear oil's easily last an year in the gearbox.. but since the quantity, price and ease of replacement (not to mention, fresh oil is always better) it's always a good practice to change it every service (i.e. 2500~3000km interval).

also want to change the gear oil. any suggestions for this.
For gear oil, you can pick up the Castrol GL4 or MAK spirol ep 90 (easily available at most bharat petroleum petrol bunks). Just ask for "90 gear oil" and use only reputed brands and not local stuff that's sold in pouches.
The scoot takes in around 120ml of gear oil, so get a half litre bottle and it will last you long time.

Why are you skipping the services at the asc? I'd say you do atleast the first two services at the asc in your presence.

I have seen a Dio (old) with both the alloys of an Aviator along with the telescopic forks and Disk Brake kit.

I don't think safex sells it at 2900 for the entire set, even their prices are around the oem prices. Check their website. Just the front upper panel(the one you remove to access the battery) costs Rs.1500 on safex.
Oh Then I need to be careful.

The coloured panels are all ok except for a bit of fading and scratches. The black portion below the seat is faded and near the rear footrests there are minor cracks. Other than that the front tyre is almost bald. Rear tyre is brand new, battery and horn replaced and insurance renewed 3 days ago.

    1. Disk brake kit
    2. Front forks
    3. Alloy wheels
    5. Front mudguard

The idea seems cool, but you would probably have to spend a lot (around 6k or above),you could get used parts from scrap centers at much lower rate.
Get a 10 inch alloy wheel from Yamaha ray zr. (12 inch alloys found in most scooters,if used might upset the equilibrium of your activa as it comes factory fitted with a 10 inch wheel)
