Together with the oil change the svc guys replaced the engine mounts, spark plug and airfilter.
The scooter had a slight handle bar sway for which they replaced the cone set, but still its not perfect.

I think the transmission oil is untouched and due replacement. How much would it cost?
The gearbox holds around 100~120ml oil. Get a half litre bottle of either castrol or mak (available at most bp petrol bunks) EP90 oil, and half a litre iirc will cost you around 120~150 rs.. and it will last you 4 oil changes.
Never buy gear oil that's sold by local 'brands' in pouches.. get a branded one in a bottle as mentioned and for peace of mind change it every service or once in 6-8 months.
As for the coneset, try to get the steering nut adjusted (sometimes it takes a couple of adjustments to get it right). If it still doesn't fix it, it could probably be that it was either not installed correctly (the race needs to be seated flush and flat with the steering stem, some mechanics just don't bother to ensure that its seated correctly and not at an angle).
Apart from that, perform the inspections i mentioned in my earlier post.

Watch the video in previous post and get those parts checked/replaced if needed.
In short, drive belt should be in good shape, the rollers shouldn't have too much of a flat spot on them, clutch shoes should have enough material on them and not worn thin.
Replace the gear box oil also.
Replace air filter if you haven't in the past.
Next have the valve clearances checked and adjusted to spec.
If the carburetor has been fiddled with in the past (or never been cleaned), get it cleaned and adjusted at the svc or by a mechanic who works a lot on these scooters.

As both are currently having no other issues what periodic services should i do other than changing engine oil and gear oil?
    2. And also what brand and type of engine oil is recommended?
    -Thanks.
Clean / replace air filter if needed. And at every 8k interval, i'd suggest you open the left side case and inspect clean out the drive components such as variator plate, roller, drive belt, clutch shoes, springs etc.. if you are not familiar with what am saying, then i suggest you watch someone do it first before you start monkeying with the tools)
Here is what I mean (similar setup to most of these scoots): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2EjW-iSP-Q8

Engine oil, motul / castrol gearless scooter engine oil 10w30, or 10w40/20w40 regular motorcycle oil from brands like shell, veedol, motul. I haven't had issues with any brand as long as the oil is replaced at around 3000km intervals. And remember these scoots take in around 700~800ml max during a refill, so don't over fill it.

Regarding the exhaust gasket, I think it costs around 25rs. You can get it done from a local mechanic, it's not complicated just requires removing a couple of bolts and putting in new gasket.
Labor for these repairs, would probably be under 100rs.
    thank you for the info.

How much would it cost to replace the exhaust gasket ?

Please get it checked at another mechanic or service center and see what they have to say. I doubt a bad exhaust gasket could cause that much unbearable heat.

I tried google,Google search provided me an answer that is "Gasket leak"(Not sure)
What is a gasket leak? and Can I fix it myself or do I need to seek professional help?

It is based on the road conditons.

    1. If your father will be driving in good city road, the go of MRF Zapper (Available in Tube and Tubeless)
    2. If he is driving in rugged road go for Ceat Secure Neo (Front) and Ceat Gripp (Rear) which provide better grip.

If am using the second combo for more than an year and is provide very good grip and confident riding in rugged roads.

    Go with mrf.
If it also has a tube, get the tuff-up tube from the svc.
Mrf will cost about 1100~1600 depending to tube or tubeless.
Other option is Ceat which is a bit cheaper.
