Nt sure why u are observing otherwise... which bike were u riding b4 this one bdw.. In case its Karizma/any oder big bike, ur bound to feel the difference.. however i feel u'll get use to this, and perhaps in nxt review may post something encouraging.
nd plz dnt take ur bike over 4.5k till first service..i kno its hard to resist..but its good for engine if u keep it down....
Thanks for the remark dude..will surely keep your point in mind..and yeah..before Fazer..I was having HH PAssion that too two years back..which got stolen..so was almost without any bike since 2007 (as was doing MBA..and didn't feel any need of the bike). Will observe this pickup thing..thanks again

    • Handle grip...

      Hi all,

I've been experiencing a slight pain in my hand wid the Handle grip. As my hands are big, the narrow handles seem to be the cause. Can anyone plz post if they've experienced the same problem on the palm. I guess I need to get the thick cover on the handle grip...

I had palm sores&pain initially with my R15. I first thought of getting handle grips, but started wearing gloves all the time now!

Dost, I'd tried riding with gloves but in rainy season, the leather gloves get wet n then take time to get dry...

Is any bigger add-on grip is available in Pune? Like we have for bullets, I'm sure, there must be for FZ handles too...

Which is why I use cheap mesh gloves!

They should be available, you'll have to get your handlebar end weights removed&then push the grips on, just like in other bikes!

                  handle is quite broad yaar,
try mesh gloves they really helps,
and this pain is common for all new FZ owners

I am up against a big trouble...

Few days back i posted on this thread regarding facing problems of multiple punctures in rear tyre.

                    The problem has worstened now.

MRF service station guys have told me that a tube cannot be placed inside the tyre since MRF doesnt have a tube of this configuration.

He advised me to go for a mushroom puncture repair and wait for result, else REPLACE TYRE.

Its so hard to believe that i am being forced to replace the tyre just 7 months of purchase of my bike.

I wish to speak with MRF customer relationship department, but dont know how to contact them. Can any one help me??
exactly same issue is occuring with me as well.i got a cut in the tyre by puncture. Then got a punch inside the tyre, but its not working as well.the very next morning I saw a flat tyre.I talked to the Yamaha guys but they said its not covered in warranty. And mine bike is 7 months old as well!1

                    • Hi guys..got mirrors fitted from the showroom for my Black Fazer today..and now feeling the bike looks complete..the mirrors are very functional..but now while riding the bike..I find that these mirrors are so wide that there is constant tension in my mind to protect the bike..being into habit of cutting through the traffic..I am finding it a bit difficult with already monstrous fairing and now these mirrors..sounds strange..but I felt so..may be by time will get my self adapted to this...any other Fazer on board??? if YES then please share your experiences.

                      Cheers
                      Rahul

A maze gloves would be ideal for short city runs. Try the DSG motomaze for Rs850. Mine are serving me very well right now.
