like humanoutlaw, the only place i can think of is JC road. There's Helmet paradise, megha enterprises and balaji helmets...And Yamaha showrooms do sell helmets,right?...AFAIK orion motors have this facility. They sell many accesories and gears...btw,congrats on your new rideOriginally posted by adroit_91 View PostGuys,
I am finally getting my Fazer delivered today!!
[Had booked a blue one but couldn't wait anymore, so, picking up a black beauty!]
Now, I have a question on helmets. Can anyone suggest a good place for helmets (decent ones, less than 2000 for now) near Indiranagar, Bangalore?
Thanks!
It all begins with a thumb-start -- Oh, wait, I forgot the kill-switch

Do not use Stem puncture repair method.
Guys, as some of u may be aware that i suffered from many issues/problem with my rear tyre which was getting puncture time and again (new punctures or same puncture opening)..
There are few things which i want every1 of you to know -
1) The Stem method of puncture repair is only a temporary method which is used so as to get a temporary fix done till we cannot get a permanent fix. The regular Stem method do well with cars as their tyre configuration/built is different from our tyres.
2) The permanent method to get a puncture fix in case of 2 wheelers is to get a Mushroom puncture fix done..ALWAYS. It is highly reccomended if u do it from MRF service station only.
3) With continuous use of stem method, the hole/puncture can get enlarge and after sometime may not even be repaired by Mushroom fix.
Feel free in case u have any more doubt.
whatever i ve said are words of MRF chief engineer (tubeless 2 wheelers tyre), Maharashtra words...
Hope this will helpSAVE TIME....SEE IT MY WAY

The routine puncture repair method, in which puncture is fixed from outside and it is not required to remove the tyre is called Stem method.Originally posted by Braveheart View Postwhats a stem and a mushroom puncture??
Whereas for Mushroom puncture repair, tyre needs to be removed from the byke, and then from rim as well.. The place of the puncture is then drilled to make a uniform small hole and place is scartched using an abrasive... Then a rubber nail like substance with huge head is inserted from below/underneath.... the elongated portion is then cut.SAVE TIME....SEE IT MY WAY

Hi all,
I'm having a tough time with my FZ. Yesterday, I went to ride with my group some 150 kms from Pune. The bike went just once past 105 kph mark that too on the downslope. I was finding it rather difficult to cope up with the speeds of Pulsar and CBZ. And to add to my frustration level even more, I was driving alone while the Pulsar (220 and 150) and CBZ (old) were having pillion riders. The bike didn't cruise at high speeds with acceleration at most times.
Kindly suggest what can go wrong, that I'm lagging behind Pulsar 150 and even CBZ.
