Congrats , the bike is looking beautiful in that white shade, that color is my personal favourite as well.

Do write a short ride report, enjoy and ride safe.

There is a lot of noise in this ownership thread .. Now that we got a bunch of GT650 owners, would like to read more about the ownership experiences..

              The bikes look brilliant.
I'm just loving it. Buying this one is still first priority for me if my Higher Education plans fail this year.

I'm surprised to see the bike having been delivered without the dealership in place. I hope the servicing will be taken care of too.

Dealership stability was a 'peace of Mind' annihilator, as the in-exorbitant wait was killing me... nevertheless the setup will be up, till time I clock miles, even if not, it is ensured that a service personnel will probably come from Chennai/Pune

One way or the other, everyone is bestowed, but I vouch and foresee a day when I will own an I4 or exotic Italian completely with my own self-earned money and solidify my Father's stance of 'self-attainment'

Congrats on the bike abhiraj! Looking forward on more ownership experiences from you.

Can someone tell me how much the GT650R does in first gear @ 6.5k rpm? My bike crosses 55 kmph. But the internet says it will reach 65kmph @ 6.5k rpm(I am talking about the 72 bhp bike only)

Update: The heat has reduced drastically in the last few days. Or may be I am used to it now!

@GT650 Owners : Did any of you get the 1st service done yet? How's the srvice quality?

Matters a LOT(to me atleast) to know this before taking the final plunge. This would be my next and most probably the last bike. Hence, need to get extra sure before going for the kill. Please share your experiences.

                          Cheers!!!

@abhirajcb: the bike looks good in white.

but the front number plate position is not good, can we do something about it.
