We all love to read such exciting words, so keep them coming.

    One suggestion,
Your helmet is no match for GT-650R.
At high speeds it will be highly uncomfortable.
    Go for a nice helmet.
Thanks bro..Sure. Thanks for the nice suggestion too, but that helmet was for time being. I got that for free from Hyosung, and i have another better helmet. And as i had to ride from Gurgaon to Jaipur, i used it.

These type of helmets are made for off roading moto cross and the long lid in the front has a purpose for that. These are not meant for high speed super bikes
Very correct and as i explained above i used it just like that for time being. I also felt while riding at high speeds that its not comfortable at all.

      Now the short review:

Handling: Its great in handling, if you are in right position. Leaning is very important. If you will lean less, it would be tough to make cuts at high speed and even bike rear feels wobbling too.

Sound: I am lovin' it. Loud enough for my ears and ears of people around . Not silent like I4's at lower RPM's, but it sounds loud which i like the most.

Sorry for less pics and that kind of pic quality. It was mobile cam. Didn't get time to click more. Will click some in coming days and post.
Congrats Dude... and thank u very much for the short review.

        • Verdict: Got my bike from service. Very happy.

Case: For the past 200 kms, first gear shift has become harder and for the last 150 kms there was a thud sound from the fairing(It felt like coming from below the console). The sound was not heard on smooth roads, But wen I drive on bad roads it was very disturbing. Planned to give my bike for service.
On the way to service center, tried ripping the bike in 1st and 2nd gears, reaching upto 10 rpm.. I could really feel the vibration wen the bikes crossed 7.5k rpm..

There was one other issue, which Tarun(TARC) pointed out on our G2G. The seat are shaking a bit and not completely fixed to the bike.

Gave my bike for service last friday, forgot to inform them about the seat loose issue. Got the bike after service on the same day evening. The charge is around 4592 Rs including Oil and Oil filter. The gear shifting prob is no more. But the fairing vibration is not fixed(infact is more), and the seats are still shaking. Planned to go back to the service center on monday.

On monday I was not well and postponed the plan. By the time, I got a call from the showroom asking about the bike. Told them about the issues. They promised me to fix them. Today morning went to SVC and gave the bike again.

Also I had asked them to change the stock horn(which sounds like splendor's) and put a dual horn. They said they will give the bike by 4 PM today. Got a call at 4 that the bike is ready. Went and picked it up now. The Horn is good than I thought. Cost 2150 Rs including cables/fitting etc.

Drove the bike back to office. Smiling again.. The bike is smooth (felt it is better than new). The seat issue also has been fixed. Now I think that the fairing vibrations could have been there mildly from starting itself. Because it feels very smooth now which I never felt before. Cannot hear anything apart from engine. Gear shifting is also very soft. Revd it upto 8.5 k Rpm and did not feel the vibrations. Have to try again that...

Feel good and relieved now. I was bit worried how the service is going to be. For now, It has been great. SVC guys have been very courteous and helping.

            • This I got to tell you guys.

Yesterday on the way back from office(at around 10 PM), I was really enjoying my ride. Suddenly the bike felt like it is gonna stop and then again came to life. Within a few meters again the bike went off and I parked it on the road side. There after I tried to start it manier times without any use. The fuel meter shows half tank petrol still inside it. It is so damn heavy, and I decided I am sure not gonna push it to my home which is 10 kms away. Tried out various things.. no help.

it was 10:15 PM. Called up the SVC center person. He picked up the phone, asked me to wait. Within 30 mins 4 men came with a TATA ACE. Picked up the bike and told me they will take it to the SVC. I accepted and took a cab home. Felt bad about the incident. I was worried whats wrong and how much I have to pay now!(my purse is so lighter for the past one week )

Today morning went to the SVC. They filled the bike with 4 lts of petrol, and the bike started in the first attempt. Damn it!

It was the petrol indicator which wrongly showed me half tank when the bike was actually empty that I did not realize. After filling petrol now the indicator now shows the right amount. The SVC says that I could cuz of some air lock. But I really do not understand how this can happen. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any input is welcome.

Thankfully, the SVC guys quickly responded(would have been tragic otherwise) and also they did not charge anything apart from the petrol they filled on the bike.

Update: Now since the bike runs smooth, I feel like it runs slower unless I see the speedo. Reached around 170kmph easily without any hassles. Hope that the fuel indicator prob does not come up again..

Yes. I just want to try it once more and see if this happens again. Next time atleast I will be aware what is the issue and be prepared.

you need to get the Hyosung guys to assure you that the issue won't happen again...

                      you bike is fuel injected.
and a faulty fuel guage/indicator could cause more serious issues
later on if not attended to now.

there is no need for it ... it happens with all most all FI bike occasionally ... in my R15 also many times i faced it ... as they said it might be due to air lock ..in most cases .. switching off the key and tuning on will rectify the meter reading .. and even sometimes just opening and closing the tank lid
                        Nothing is Impossible ...

airlock happens ...no solution to prevvent it and it is different from running bike till totally dry
FI bikes running till the last drop is sucked should lead to fuelpump/injector problem and better avoided for two reasons
one..> pump lubrication lost if run dry
two..> because petrol may carry water or other suspended particles, iron filings rust etc which settle in bottom and may totally screwup the injectors

in carb bikes there is a small overflow like screw connected to a pipe which has to be loosened after opening the tank cap and the fuel will start flowing..but there is no such sytem in FI bikes.better be careful in the fuel quality and quantity in the tank now than be sorry later

                            • Strange .. many owners reporting that after 1st service ..bike is better than showroom piece ..
and many saying that vibes also disappeared , wonder .. is this coz of fairing fitting .. and after service they have fixed fairing/handle bar ??

now that reports are slowly trickling in that hyosung sc are giving good service and bikes are behaving better than what it was at delivery looks like the engineers are getting trained by hyosung to deliver the goods.
