I have not changed the throttle cable yet. The bike completed 5 years last week.Originally posted by Ashwiin Napster View PostWhen was the last time you changed your throttle cable?I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

The cable becomes rigid as time passes. So i think 5 years is a great amount of time. Time for you to change itOriginally posted by Ankey View PostI have not changed the throttle cable yet. The bike completed 5 years last week.

Re: Yamaha YZF-R15 version 2.0
From your video, it seems as though your throttle cable is kinked somewhere. Your RPM is shooting up when you turn the handlebar to the right, clearly your throttle cable is mis-routed or it has a kink somewhere. Check your throttle cable, check the routing and reroute it correctly and check if it's okay. If a throttle cable is about to snap or in the verge of giving up, this kind of symptoms will appear.Originally posted by h0116 View Posthelp!!!!

[QUOTE = B7ACKTHORN; 1370845]從您的視頻中,似乎您的油門電纜在某處扭曲了。當您將車把向右轉動時,您的RPM正在上升,顯然您的油門線 路佈線錯誤或在某處有扭結。檢查油門線,檢查路線並正確重新佈線並檢查是否正常。如果油門電纜即將斷開或處 於放棄的邊緣,則會出現這種症狀。
乾杯!

1.Your RPM is shooting up when you turn the handlebar to the left
2.Your RPM will rise when the car is idling
3.The maintenance worker cleaned the electronically controlled fuel injection system and returned to normal. After 2 years, problems occurred.
4.Howto clean electronically controlled fuel injection system?

Re: Yamaha YZF-R15 version 2.0
Electronically controlled fuel injection system cannot be cleaned, as it's the sealed ECU. What you can clean though is the throttle body which houses the injector. It's through throttle body that fuel and air enters to the combustion chamber. You can remove your throttle body, get it cleaned for carbon deposits. Has your issue been solved?Originally posted by h0116 View Posthelp!!!!

Yes, you can connect your injector to a cleaner source, such as injector cleaner canister and then connect the injector to a 12v battery, even a 9 volt battery is good for cleaning. Once you connect your injector to a power source you can start pressing the injector cleaner spray can, this way, the injector sprays out the lubricant and cleans itself. Yes, injectors when sprayed create finely atomized misty spray, which is normal. It should be like a mist spray.Originally posted by h0116 View Post1. i want removed the throttle body teaching
2.Need a power supply to clean the fuel injector?
3.My fuel injector is very similar to fog when it is sprayed. Is it normal?
thank you

Re: Yamaha YZF-R15 version 2.0
Hello people my bike has started to eat more oil. Its eating 100ml to 150ml at 500 kms. I am worried now. There is no noise from engine it sounds good. No white smoke from exhaust or no black smoke. There is also no oily residue at the end of silencer. What maybe the problem??? I have searched a bit on google and it seems that valve stems are gone ... Please help me out guys.

Check out this link and read this link carefully. Here you have detailed step on how to remove, clean and install your throttle body.
It's recommended to do a compression check a first step, and check if it's in the right spec. Compression check must be when the engine is mildly warmed up. Check the reading and do let me know.Originally posted by Asjadk2000 View PostHello people my bike has started to eat more oil. Its eating 100ml to 150ml at 500 kms. I am worried now.
