    Great. Thanks. So it's the same then ? Xtreme's and Impulse's ?
Anyways found mine. Stupidly I had it all the time in the lock box underneath the seat (Just so i dont lose thus kept there maybe). Anyways.. just in case thanks for the input might help to someone else.

Dose it require to change the whole wiring harness or hacking into impulse wiring is sufficient, as zma has a 3 phase alternator.

Do anybody has the part catalogue of the Impulse. Would be a great help to me & the community if one can source it from the hero dealers around.

Also a help required if anyone can ask or source the plastic gear attached inside the black colored front wheel speedo assembly at the centre hub.

I lost it in the midst of all the hustle & bustle while carrying the front wheels as spares in the raid.

I faced all those issues while running on k&n filter, but on stock filter bike feels fine except on elevation, altitude sickness i guess 😂 but you can turn the fuel screw to clock wise to reduce fuel flow since there is less air while getting to the top. But not sure till which extent it would work.

Less on the ODO to witness problems like these get it checked I'd say and the latter problem is with every stock impulse...a splendor is very likely to overtake you anytime uphill. Climbing altitudes is hard on the stock Impulse's mill given the super shitty dynamics and calibration of the carb !

    Sharing it again !

Have been following this thread since I thought of buying an Impulse in last October. Rich in information related to the bike. Also the experiences shared by the riders are very helpful in understanding the machine more.
Have been using my Impulse since Nov 2015 with lots of ups and downs.
One of them being the Carb Slide Jamming issue. Has anyone found any permanent solution for that..???
Also my tyres have started showing minor cracks all over yet the bike was bought in Nov 2015. Contacted Ceat Customer care and they ruled out the replacement option as they say the tyres were manufactured in Apr 2011 and hence out of their warranty period of 3 years.
Contacted the dealer and he is just giving fake commitments that he will help me in getting the tyres replaced at no cost. This is going on since more than a month. Complained on Hero Customer Care but in vain.
Any suggestion from you guys will be of great help.

    Thanks,
    Nishit

I have now made up my mind to order in the big bore kit from raceconcepts (not finalized between 165cc and 185cc yet) . Will connect with Rehan bhai for the install once I have it with me.
