and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
    #overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

Thank you; but nothing beats the look & feel of original 200's manual There're lots more to understand from it.

At KMARG mumbai they said We will let you know about the powerparts and the prices...then I asked him when would that be? Then he knew I was gonna keep giving him the peoples eyebrow till he gave me the exact date :-D He finally caved and said it would be by the middle of March only.
Speed, it seems to me, provides the one genuinely modern pleasure.

20W-50 is the engine oil grade (which is thicker grade & is the same for most Pulsar's & Ninja 250R); go through the owner's manual as much as possible. You'll educate yourself more everytime you go through it. Also go through the list of parts that needs to be checked with every service (like airfilter, engine oil filter, plugs, battery etc) & see if anything is printed behind your free service coupons.

PS - Remove Sir & just address Aargee or simply RG

@Abhishek2255 I calculated, it was brought from Vasant Vihar and they said a few kms for the PDI so 16kms it was!!

Thank you samschenker, the pdf will come in handy. The one supplied with the bike is tiny. The photos are barely visible.

Fuel Economy update: The meter tells me I am getting 39Kmpl, i've seen it go up to 40!! which is not bad at all. Never crossed 50. Check photos, here are some more, including night shots. 20Kms done today.

39kmpl? Wow Going by the speedo accuracy we have already witnessed, I am forced to trust it.

I'm so looking forward to get my hands on the bike now.
Thinking out loud: I really need to get the rim tape as soon as I get the bike. Wheels look a bit too bare

Barely 24 hours past and already onto Page 6???
Thank you all for making Duke owners feel like celebs.

Powerparts/Powerwear will be available by later half of March as per KTM South Delhi. I would know because I've been pestering them quite a lot about some decals and especially a helmet.

Fuel RON seems to be a concern of many, but, in places where BS III/IV norms are in place, I believe regular petrol is 91, which is the same as is recommended in the owner's manual. To be on the safer side I too am sticking with premium fuels.

Tank capacity is on the lower side. I refueled about 50 m from the showroom, and the tank topped off at Rs. 500 (IOC Xtra Premium), sorry, forgot to check the volume.

During the ride home the MFD was showing 29~31 kmpl.

a whopping 40 kmpl, that's great.feeling pity for another lord of the street fz with 14 ps power and more or less same mileage figure, wondering how much pulsar 200 ns will give a whopping 50
