Can anyone tell me the price of Chain and Sprocket kit for CBR 150??..
Mine has run it's time and now weird noises have started to come from the sprocket

    • Honda CBR 150r engine oil leak.

From the last few days, engine oil is seeping from a hose on the right side of the engine. When I took the motorcycle to the service centre the technician told me that it's just normal and the seepage is due to overfilled oil. However, the oil is still coming out of the hose and the engine oil level dropped significantly. The oil comes only after riding more than 5-6 k.m. Please help me what might be wrong? Is it due to the Oil Seal issue as suggested by one of my friends?

A hose can mean a breather tube, and a hose can mean the coolant plumbing. Share a snap of the spot where the leak is, would help us in identifying clearly where the leak originates from.

please have a look at the pictures. I guess it's coming from the water pump area.

I reckon it's a water pump seal failure. Usually oil or coolant leaks from this place if you have a water pump seal failure, which mixes with oil. Check your oil quality, and see if it's not frothy and foamy. If you observe the oil is frothy or foamy, we have water pump seal failure.

This isn't the crankcase breather tube, this is clearly a weep hole routed via a hose. Do keep your observations posted.

                  Cheers!

                    hope this helps.
usually there are two seals, keeping the oil and coolant from mixing with each other.. and this hose is in the 'passage' 'in between' the oil and coolant seals.
                    get it thoroughly checked.

No news about the re-launch bother. Not even rumors. R15S is your best bet, if you were planning to buy CBR150R.

Hi all, need help with wiring dual horns to cbr 150r. Please be noted i am using the 3 pin roots relay, not the more common 4 pin one. How would you include the OEM switch (trigger should be taken from the wires wich are connected to the default horn). Can anyone help me. TIA.

In the 4 pin relay you can connect both the stock horn lines without a bother about the polarity but for 3 pin relays you have to only connect the trigger line leaving the other one to be, in which case you would have to determine polarity based on your wiring.

In simple words, connect one line to the relay and honk, if it works all is well, if not connect the other one and you're good to go.

Okay, It means i should try connecting the ends from the horn button one by one to the Switch terminal in horn. Assuming that the other end of the horn button should be grounded. I have already tried this combination and the resulting scenarios are

                            1. When the circuit is completed the horn starts honking non stop even with the ignition still off, leave out pressing the horn switch. I will have to pull out the battery terminal or any other connection to make it stop.
                            2. Nothing, no response even when the ignition is turned on and horn button pressed. The circuit doesn't get powered.

Attaching the Circuit diagram I am trying.

Any help to proceed? If no other way means I will have to get a 4 pin relay.
                            TIA

Can you do me a favor and find out whether your horn switch triggers (+) or (-) lead.

As per the diagram posted your relay requires that the horn switch be (-) lead but that might not be the case with your motorcycle, earlier today wired my P220 and only on on doing a multi-meter test I got to know that the horn switch triggers (+) lead, which I believe is the same in your case as when you connect to Negative terminal of horn it blows continuous as the negative circuit of a horn switch that triggers (+) will be continuous, as for the other terminal it wont work as its positive and relay requires feed from a negative switch lead.

I am planning to buy a cbr 150 of 2012 - 13 model. I am not sure what will be the price for the same. And what aspects should I consider while buying a cbr. Anyone has any clue about the buying cost and maintenance cost then please help.
                                Thank you in advance.
