Then that has to be the 2016 model because there's no other CBR 150R that I'm aware of!

      Hi,
Does anyone know the cost of 2+3 years extended warranty (honda shield) for my cbr150.
Currently my bike is 6 months old and 7.5k on odo.

Also, what is the service interval after 2 years standard warranty, if i opted for honda shield??

How long does air usually stay in your bikes? Mine goes down pretty quickly. Like 3 PSI in 2-3 weeks

Seems pretty normal. In my bike it goes down 5-10psi in 2-3 weeks (mainly the front tyre).

8-10k km. If you travel through dusty roads, then sooner.

Last Thursday i done 3rd free service @7500 kms.
I told to change air filter. mechanic removed the old filter. Mechanic told that it is in good condition, and no need to change. Even i also felt the same.
So we decided to change it for next servicing @11-12k

Have a quick glance at your owners' manual. If it says 10k intervals, then stick to it even if the mech says its ok.
In future if god forbid you have to avail some part coverage under warranty, these SVC fellows are the first ones to deny your claims stating that you didn't get the parts replaced on time. Trust me, you can do little at that time except getting pissed off.

If your air filter is paper type, then 10k is the limit and if viscous then 15k at most. But it would be mentioned in your manual.

Do we specifically have to tell the SVC guys what to change? I was hoping they did everything as required

It's viscous type and service manual says changing interval is 16k kms. But some owners reported that @8k kms it is full with dirt, but mine was in good condition so i didn't changed it.

No.. your assumption is wrong. ASC is crowded by lazy peoples. They didn't move until we push them.

                              So... this Happened...

Parked it outside the house at 8 and went out for a dinner with the family...
When came back, found this happened... the neighbour told that he saw it fallen on the left side upon the other bike parallel to which my blade was parked...
Though Yeah... I got (involuntarily) angry... But accidents happen...
Now the point... I don't have a zero dep insurance... a regular comprehensive one... What do u guys think the replacement of the tank should cost? And also, I found my silencer cover damaged (no pic attached as found it the next day)...(I believe someone hit it on the silencer and the impact made it fall out form the side stand towards the left side...).... How much does the Silencer cover cost at the ASC?
