    No bent in fork.
    Alloys are ok.
What do you mean by wheel balancing? Is it holding the bike on side stand and check the free rotation of front wheels ?. If yes then there is no distorsion.
Hint: it is strongly felt whenever the tank is full and i have backpack.
Any idea what might be causing this ?.

Wheel balancing is checking for uniform wheel movement about the centre, to check for wobbling movement. I don't think the tank or back pack has anything to do with it though.
The only time i had a similar problem was when there was low pressure.

      Ok.
Changed sprocket yesterday. May be the reason?.
Can the frame be bent? Possible?.

I have observed this handling issue regarding fuel but that is when the fuel is 4 bars or above. But that is not just to one side. The bike sways left to right. Even while stopped in traffic(especially after a hard brake), the bike continues this rocking motion left to right.

Other than that the only handling issue I had is when the tyre pressure was low.

If not these two reasons, then it is out of my experience bro...

Check if the front and rear tire are alined properly, if they are not you get the feeling as if the frame is bent the bike will also sway at speeds in excess of 80kmph. Was this after the sprocket change then above can be a strong suspect.

I too faced the same problem..when i given my bike for fourth service i complaint to asc regarding this issue.. he asked about air pressure i said front 35 and rear 40,after that he said alright and completing my service that problem was gone...and i still not found proper reason for that issue

Even i had a similar problem.....front fork alignment and the wheel alignment was the solution, your SVC will do it. Just tell them specifically.

Dude.... Front 35 and Rear 40!???
The recommended for with pillion is F=25 R=32....right?
But i guess the biker does feel more sturdy and in control at high pressure coz when i bought the bike there was some silimar pressure in my tyres. Since the recommended is low i reduced it, had problem in riding it for a few days but now use to it :P
You didnt face any issues with such high pressures?

Yesterday while cleaning the drive chain, I found that the rear wheel s not rotating freely in neutral gear, even the chain was not so tight. Then I opened the primary drive cover near to the left crankcase. It was filled with dried oily mud and prevent free rotation of chain. So check this in your ride.

Hi everyone. I just bought may cbr 5 days ago and want to ask if it is safe to put the clutch at friction point always? I mean adjust it so that at full release it is at friction point?

Guys, I installed the pipercross air filter and also got the snorkel removed. Throttle response has improved greatly and the engine is breathing freely.

bro beware check ure top end performancecause I used to use bmc filter and my top end had issues. And removing the filter cap cause a lot dust accumlation so clean regularly to have a consistent level of performance..

Guys using 3rd party air filters, there is a possibility of dirt and particulate matter making its way into the combustion chamber since our country has massive swathes of dusty roads... Kindly use it with caution and care. And besides the stock air filter is the type that provides adequately necessary filtering, if you're on track or even living in a developed country with relatively less dust and particulate matter then its understandable... but a lot of people choose performance while the real situation is that of riding by a truck spewing a cloud of dust on an unmade road... I've seen a heck a lot of engine problems pop up in various bikes after consistently using a third party filter on regular roads... Basically if something scratches the cylinder walls, you'll be left following a diagnostic trail that leads to misery... be aware of that.

                            Cheers.

I understand your concern friend but pipercross filters are not like the usual third party filters. (eg k n n universal filter). This one is rather more effective at keeping the dust out and easy to clean. It's like a layer of sponge.
Also I got this custom made for the 150r.
Have exams, so don't have time but will post pics soon to tell you what I mean.

Also I forgot to mention, check out pipercross reviews on duke and 250r threads. They are all good.
And apparently only one guy sells these, so I am probably riding the only 150r with this filter.
