[QUOTE=jomindolges;1029172]35W HID willn't drain your battery. HIDs coming with a seperate ballast. Do not install 8000K xenon, because the light is in bluish color which will disturb the upcoming traffic and will make them blind for a couple of seconds.

For the parking lamp, you can get a pair of LED bulbs @ 90-100 bucks. ]

    Thanks for the valuable Info.

But i forgot to ask the most important question, how to change the headlamps, when i observe the manual i understand it's simple procedure but the drawings in the manual are very confusing can someone help me how to do that ??

Also, the 8000k ones are useless in rain and fog alike.

Even 6000K is also not much useful in fog ...

To remove the pilot lamp, just turn the socket in couterclockwise direction and pull back . To install a projector, it is better to get the help of a technician ..

This is where my doubt raises,
so it means there is no necessary of removing the plastic panel of headlight or fairing ???
Just pull the wire from the socket by the gap between the handle ???

No need to remove any panel to change the pilot lamps ... There is a rubber cover at the backside of the bulb ... Turn counterclockwise direction to unlock it, then pull out the bulb with holder ... Remove the bulb and put the LED and check whether it is working or not ... If not then change the polarity ...

All pilot lamps labelled T10 are compatible with all bikes including Babyblade.
I ordered 2 warm white pilot lamps (3000-4000K )from dx.com . Will post pics when they arrive (from Hong Kong).

Have been using this for my pilot lamps for the past one month.
To say, it is sooper bright and makes your bike sooper visible.
It has a convex lens kinda covering in front and it really works in amplifying the luminosity.
The limiter kicks in @11,500 rpm just within a second after the first shift..And, that's where the fun begins !! ;)

Though not on the CBR, but on a different Honda.

                    Up close.

Saw this crack on fairing today. Does anyone know what is the exact name of that part? Is it a separate part or do I have to change the entire side panel? Also anyone has any idea of the costs?

Seems like the crack is not serious . You can solve this issue by feviquick and vinyl.

hey guys my cbr is 3 months old with 3100km on the odo and near to 2nd service, have been experiencing this odd problem lately. I have been red lining my bike frequently and it had been full of power but lately when i cross 9.5~10k RPM i feel this slight lack of power....something like the engine's choking in some way but it does redlin, and ya its felt little on 2nd gear and most on 3rd & 4th gear . Can it be the air filter maybe coz blore has a lot of dust!.
Would be great to get some insight on this!!

Dear all, i get a feeling like the front wheel of my cbr is twisted and turning towards the right seems easier(confidence) than turning to the left. Anyone having same experience ?.

Check tire pressure. If problem still exists then ask ASC to do a wheel balancing and check handlebar.

I always maintain 25 front and 29 rear.
Handle bar once suspected and changed also.
                                No bent in fork.
                                Alloys are ok.
What do you mean by wheel balancing? Is it holding the bike on side stand and check the free rotation of front wheels ?. If yes then there is no distorsion.
Hint: it is strongly felt whenever the tank is full and i have backpack.
Any idea what might be causing this ?.
