If ur new to riding this bike, this happens. Well, initially I got pain after riding for 25 kms. Your body will accept it after some time. Just take rest after 50 kms.

A physiotherapist can only help you now!!

I have driven more than 5k in 4 months

The pain stays for a day after long drives then vanishes.

        hi ,

I am using Pirelli Sport Demon 130-80/17 in my Pulsar 150. I can scrap my foot peg in corners. It provides the best grip suited to our road conditions as per the value. It cost me 4200. trying to get 100-70/17 for front, but availability is an issue. Michelin pilot Sporty is another good aoption. I have fitted both sets @ Rs 3600.

          2. The size of the discs or whether both the brakes are discs or drums alone is not deciding the braking power. It depends many other factors like quality of the materials, cleanliness of the contacting surface of the pad and rotor, air or moisture in the brake fluid, power applied on it, kerb weight including the weight of the riders etc. etc. Instead of pointing out these possibilities, you, some of the CBR150R owners as a group, are trying to attack anybody pointing out the defect of the brakes.

I solely agree with you in regard of what you said in braking. I don't have any idea about how good or bad is CBR's braking. But my personal experience says braking is not only about the size or disc. But it depends a lot on other factors as mentioned above, in addition I would say the tyre also plays a major role. My PSD and Michelin combo gives me a hell lot of confidence to cut through the traffic and ride hard (not rough or rash). It brakes like anything , where I am using disc (front) drum (rear).

End of your one year or 12k kms on odo... whichever comes first.
Refer your manual bro... its the bible...
The limiter kicks in @11,500 rpm just within a second after the first shift..And, that's where the fun begins !! ;)

i have been riding it for the past two and a half months and now i find this position the most comfortable and other normal bikes a bit uncomfy hehe :P
On lon rides the only pain i have experienced is the right wrist, that too after some 150~200 kms i guess due to excessive accelerating and braking :P otherwise i love the bike on long rides!

This one really good dealer showed me these "Michelin Pilot Street Radial" rear tires and said these are currently the best for the street, anyone heard anything about them maybe??

I've installed Michelin Pilot Street Radials on my CBR250R. They provide quite a grip on both dry & wet tarmac.
Its also avail. as 130/70 for CBR150R rear.
You can search CBR250R thread for more info on them.

I went for a check to Michelin dealer as I am planning to replace my Pirelli with this one. Don't know but the dealer replied that it is prone to punctures and suggested me to go for Pilot Sporty.

Ya it's a direct fit. It doesn't matter whether the tyre is radial or ply as long as it's of the same dimensions.

hey guys i have noticed a thing in the bike for a long time, just wanna know whether others have experienced the same or not.
Whenver i ride my bike doing red lines for a long period say even 10 minutes, the radiator(i guess) becomes so hot that i can see steamish smoke coming out whenver the temp is a lil bit cold say its raining at night or its past midnights in the winter months.....Has anyone else experienced such a thing??

Check the coolant level. If its spilling.
